My father was brought to the hospital by ambulance for severe stomach pains. The staff who helped him were all wonderful, caring people. Dr Rodriguez took his time to explain what was wrong with my dad , Vivian CNA was very personable, and great thanks to registered nurse Evelyn who truly is an angel and all who meet her during their stay are truly blessed.

Took my daughter in law in due to pain and dehydration from kidney stones and vomiting all day. The nurse Theresa didn't wash her hands once as they are supposed to use hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving the room. She didn't even wear gloves when she inserted the IV. Whats worse she removed the cap with her mouth! She didn't hang the IV right because she couldn't figure out how to extend the pole so she didn't get hardly any fluids. The labs were completely wrong. They didn't listen to a word we said. Aweful hospital. If I had the gas we would've gone to gulf coast. Don't go to this hospital if you can help it. They said her blood sugar was 101 and it was 64. Never took her temp before she left but had a final temp on the paperwork.

Worst hospital ever I went in to have the dressing changed on a pic line and one nurse started it then another one came in and took over and didn't use a mask and with a pic line you can't even breath on it. Then the dressing they changed they did a bad job changing it and gave me a kit so I can change it myself at home. That's something a nurse is supposed to do. The the PA there more or less told me I'm screwed cause no doctor will want to mess with my knee cause another doctor is the one that did the total knee replacement. When I asked if they can recommend a orthopedic doctor that took my insurance I guess he didn't have time so the next time I'm hurt I don't care if I bleeding to death if I don't go to this hospital I will go right past it drive the extra half hour and go to gulf coast hospital. I don't care this is the worst hospital ever I will not go here ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two weeks ago while visiting my brother in Lehigh Acres, I got a really bad gallbladder attack. Due to the unbearable pain my brother drove me to the nearest hospital he knew. I was admitted by the ER department. After different test the ER doctor in charge informed me that I had to stay overnight and see a surgeon to remove my gallbladder which was causing infection in my abdomen. About three hours of my arrival I was move to the second floor of this hospital. One the first couple of days I was care by a great nurse name Liz. She made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. She provided the necessary medications and was very attentive with any need I had. I am really thankful that during my three day stay I was also care by nurses Casey, Jose and Irene. They were very professional and most important showed that they really care about my situation. They work hard to made me feel comfortable. I was also helped by AIDE Rose and Pauline. These two ladies where very helpful during their shifts. The cleaning lady was also very professional and nice and kept my room spotless and sanitized at all times. I am also thankful that I had a great surgeon and excellent OR team. My brother read some bad reviews from this hospital after the fact, however I can assure that they do not reflect the wonderful service and care I received during my visit. As patient I will recommend this hospital to anyone that needs professional medical assistance. I am sure they will help you and make you feel as comfortable as possible.
