Brought in husband in a critical state. ER was swift to turn things around, staff was very attentive brought him back stable then admitted him to floor where most of the staff were amazing. We are thankful to have this hospital in our area.

awful I went in for abdominal pain I waited for an hour in the waiting room full of other people curled up in a chair. when. I finally was able to get a bed it looked like it had not been cleaned from the patient before me. there was a thick brown liquid on the floor I don't know what it was!! a male nurse or janitor, I'm not sure went in and threw a towel on the floor and started cleaning the floor with his feet he pushes the now brown towel to the side and leaves it there reaches across from me and throws a half empty iv bag at the sink and leaves. he didn't take the towel he just left it there. After a hour the doctor comes in feels my stomach and tells me it's probably kidney stones he then leaves. A nurse comes by and gives me a paper with information and tells me my prescription is going to be sent to CVS and that I'm free to go. yea 700$$ for that !!

Went there today October 4, 2018 and I figured they would need a urine sample. While getting my vitals taken, I told them I needed to use the bathroom but they sent me back into the waiting room, so I used the rest room out there. Once I was put in a room, they needed urine sample, I told them I had to go long time ago but I went already so they said they would bring me some water and a pee cup for when I do have to go. It never happened. A good 45 minutes went by before someone came in the room and walked me to the bathroom and I finally gave my sample. The only time I got my water was when they gave me medicine to take. There was no call button in case I needed a nurse. Then once they discharged me they did not tell me what my diagnosis was. Very disappointing...I will not be going back.

I’m very very Disappointed. To all the people that works in the office for this hopital, I made arrangements with them to pay my bills. Guess what! I receive a letter from collector a couple days ago and they said I need to pay my bills o they’re going to damage my credit. I have all the proof of my bank statements showing that I paid my bills. I’ve never missed a single payment. Even a 1 star rating is too much for this hospital 😠

I got here an hour ago, staff is VERY friendly, even though I ve I had my blood drawn before and IVs, they talked me through it. Will definitely come back. The staff were wide awake, alert and gentle for us coming at 4. I just had my blood drawn. Amazing people the only complaint I had was that it was very confusing. (to find rooms)

But that's it. Thank you so much.
