Worst possible experience...15 sec exam n sent home to suffer for next 2-14 days with no relief...They actually suggested Home remedies for next 14 days that medicine could fix in 2. Maybe its just me but i think if possible a person should feel better coming out then when they came in. Didnt care how i felt...just decided it was insignificant enough for their attention. Individuality & comfort they claim to care about is non-existent.

I had sinus surgery there & everything was OK until I got out of surgery. The male nurse I had was very rude. He kept asking me questions & I was still out of it. He could have asked my husband who in the room & didn't. He didn't explain things well & kept being rude to me when I would ask a question Like he didn't want to be there or have time for me. My surgery was supposed to be at 10:00 am, I didn't go back until 1:00. Then after the surgery when I wasn't even fully awake, I heard someone ask how I felt. I told them a little nauseated. I wasn't fully awake & aware, cause the next thing I know I'm waking up & it's hours later. They gave me something for nausea & it knocked me out. I have low blood sugar & hadn't ate anything since 10:30 the night before. We didn't get out until 8:00 & then had to find a pharmacy that was still open. This was the worst surgical experience I've ever had.

Got sent from student health because they were about to close, I felt real bad all over and my momma said I should come to ER anyway. They drew some blood and did something with it, then the next thing I know they come and say I have a virus. A nurse come in and gave me some papers and said to see student health in two days if I still felt bad. They did not give me any pain medicine like I wanted, and did not give me medicine to get rid of virus, in a couple of days I got better on my on. Waste of time going.

I had a excellant experience with the drs And staff when my son was delivered in the birthing center there!! But my boyfriend had a bad experience there when he was having some mental problema they are very unorganized when it comes to a patient experiencing mental illness And i highly recommend not going there for that because they dont have a clue And plus he was treated very poorly while there and unfair!!

I wish I had the option of negative stars! Billing NIGHTMARE! Issue has been going on for over a year! I get a bill every month and every month I call both Lewis Gale and Anthem. Lewis Gale bills with an incorrect code and Anthem rejects the claim because of the coding. This goes on and on and on and on..... Nobody thinks to ask WHY this keeps happening until I step in...do the research myself, only to find out that the doctor submitted the incorrect code to the hospital and now the doctor has moved on, out of the area, and his practice has been sold. So the doctor can't correct the code. I have to talk with a different person EVERY time I call both the hospital and insurance company and they all keep promising that they're working on it, and that it will be put on hold and that my credit won't be effected. I find out that not only has it not been taken care of but they HAVE reported it to the credit bureaus. Lewis Gale tells me "it's not our fault"....well guess who else's fault it is NOT???? They tell me, just pay the bill and we'll work on it...RIGHT!! Like there will be MORE motivation to work on it once the bill is paid. HAHA I feel sorry for the people that aren't, or can't be, persistent about these things because I guess they just get screwed in the process....by doing what the hospital wants.....juuuuust pay it....we'll take care of the rest. Right.
