I read many of the reviews and I am basing mine off my individual experience only. I arrived 25 minutes early for my appointment as suggested. The check staff was very friendly and efficient. I waited maybe a few minutes before someone got me checked in. I was here for an MRI directed by the Army. The admin ataff gave me directions of where I needed to go. I made it to the MRI/Radiology waiting room about 10 minutes before my appointment. The room was packed but I found a seat and my name was called 14 mins after my scheduled appointment. I onow overall this may seem a long time but in actuality it isn't compared to waits I've had in hospitals all over the world at this point in my life. Everyone in radiology was very friendly and chatted with me while filling out paperwork. They made sure I was as comfortable as I can be with a bad back while getting setup for the MRI. Everyone explained what was going to happen before each step. The temperature was comfortable but I was in gym clothes so they gave me a blanket to not be chilled. Overall my experience was very positive. If you schedule about an hour before and after any appointment you should be fine. This may not be ideal for everyone but from what I saw today they are doing everything they can to be professional and courteous to everyone.

The wait times are horrible. Unless somebody has just put a bullet in your head and set you on fire, expect to sit down and binge watch whatever show they have on in the room you're put in. I don't see why this hasn't been addressed - the countless reviews speak for themselves. Poor business.

As for the few 5 star reviews, I'd bet $ they're not legitimate lol.

For a 1 in the morning ER visit I really didn't know what to expect. The staff was very professional and reassuring. My son was taken back within five minutes and we weren't just left to wait in the room like other hospital ERs I've been to. The nurse did her exam, told me the treatment route they were going and had radiology ready for us, all back to back. I was very impressed and relieved. How the staff conducted themselves really calmed my fears. I knew my son would be okay.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Too bad I had to give atleast a one star. It’s unfortunate that it’s the only hospital in my area. I will be certain to never come here again. If a child hits their head, checking their stomach and temperature versus ordering an X-ray does nothing. Clearly the concern is a head injury or brain bleed! They were more worried about my sons eczema than his damn head! I bet the lawsuits against this place will eventually bankrupt them or atleast they should. In my opinion, and based on today’s experience, they should have been shut down long ago. Don’t go here. The best thing about the place is the snack machine. Not even exaggerating.

I was seen in the ER Today and my son was seen months ago here as well. The staff was very helpful, informative, and patient. They listened to my concerns and explained everything. They didn't waste my time or invade my privacy by having me take my clothes off and wear a robe the entire time like other hospitals. They did everything in a reasonable time frame. I am happy with the care I received and would recommend them to others for sure.
