Liberty have you asked yourself why you receive so many horrible reviews? You are a hospital that no one wants to come to. Have you done a quality control check? Have you retrained your staff? How many deaths or near deaths at the hands of you staff will it take before you do something different? Is it the population of the people you serve? Do they not deserve quality care? Something is wrong with your hospital and it needs to be fixed. Will it require someone unafraid to speak to the media, will it take a lawsuit? What does it take? You are one of the only public hospitals available in the Hinesville area... and yet most would rather drive a further distant risking their life, to not face the ridicule of your doctors and nurses. How about training your staff on bedside manners and compassion. Build their medical library, so they can research, instead of having them walk around saying there is nothing we can do and sending people home feeling worse than when them came. And stop billing people for treatments and procedures they have never received. No need to respond, just do better, be better and you are a community hospital!

The check in for my brother to get a cat scan at registration was a nightmare . Employees not friendly ,unprofessional , not caring about the patients in a timely manner. Who ever is in charge of these employees needs to teach them how to deal with customers. I can we now why this hospital has a VERY BAD REPUTATION. I pray I NEVER have go here for medical attention . Obviously , with other reviews an word of mouth, they don't care about their reputation . DON'T COME HERE! GO TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL . Over 1 hour and still not checked in! Really????

REBECCA COEFIELD-FLOYD, MD was my surgeon for hernia repair. Both her and her staff were professional and I can honestly say it was my best experience ever in a hospital environment. The staff at the hospital treated me with respect and were very nice,

VERY unprofessional! Please avoid this place by any means! They quote on your medical records things they have never performed. I left just the way I came with no answers. Although she stated that she performed the proper steps on my bill... fraud!!!!
Never will I go there again! I literally wasted 6 hours!!!

The medical staff was polite and courteous. The doctor however did not do his job. I went in for kidney pain and I have a history of kidney stones and UTI’s. The doctor was more concerned about why I have recurrent UTI’s, than about the reason of my ER visit which was kidney pain. The doctor did not conduct a CT Scan only prescribed pain medicine and told me to follow up with my urologist. Being in severe pain how can you not check to see if there was blockage. He checked my urine and said it looked clean. However, I still experienced painful urination. and was on an antibiotic for over a week and a half for a UTI. After being on an antibiotic that long and experiencing severe pain, with painful urination, something should have clicked to take a look. In my previous situation my urine was clean, but the doctor still did a CT scan... and low and behold I had kidney stones. This hospital really needs to do better. As a military veteran, and having the nurse from the VA clinic to suggest I be seen at the ER. The VA clinic will also hear about my horrible visit with no treatment from this hospital.
