feedback about Lincoln Community Hospital
About 6 months ago I went to Lincoln community hospital for a CT scan. I spoke with the hospital administrator that I had doubts about the administration of the scan, nothing was done. Paid a lot of money for a test that I feel wasn't performed properly. Had to have another scan today in Denver, completely different, in a good way.
In house Doctor at all times, friendly, concerned individuals working to make the right differences. Nurses, E.R., Hospital, Specialty Clinic, Gordon's Clinic, Physical Therapies, Nursing Home, Flight for Life, as well as ambulances a plenty all around us. Lincoln Community Hospital also have clinics in Limon, Hugo & Flagler Colorado areas. People to help people, take care of their health, I am thankful, for numerous doctors of this hospital through the years. Keep up the good work taking care of God's people as a whole. Thank you one and all.
The staff was inattentive and seemed to be otherwise occupied during our visit. They need some serious retraining on patient care and basic procedures! They failed to offer a wheelchair after providing a dosage of pain meds, barely prevented a fall by catching our patient. Then after discharging us they scattered like roaches leaving us to find a wheelchair and help our child (who was still crying in pain) out of the hospital. I'm no usually a critic of the hard working medical profession that keeps us safe and healthy, but this hospital needs some major professional retraining! Doesn't the hippocratic oath include the phrase "Do no harm"?
Could not be more satisfied, great people and service..
Traveler here..... I never thought that a small hospital could give you horrible care. I was way wrong. I went in for kidney stone symptoms. The doctor dismissed me, the nurses couldn't do an IV just poked aimlessly than found a valve, and no testing was done.
I ended up going to Aurora where the doctors were able to get me the proper diagnosis. I had an infected stone which required me to get extensive care plus a long stay in the hospital.
Good Luck From A Traumatized Patient
