A HUGE THANK YOU to Dr. Crump for the life saving surgery and comfort he provided my mother during her stay! The nurses on the 2nd floor may be small in number but they are ANGELS OF MERCY for their caring and attention. My mother was kept comfortable and taken care of during her 6 day stay. Our family felt more like she was being taken care of by family and friends. THANK YOU!!!!

I have degenerative disc disease in my lower back and can’t get to the pain clinic because they are booked for another month, was directed by the nurse at the pain clinic to contact my local hospital about getting pain meds to hold me over until I could get to the clinic. While on the phone with who I assume was the receptionist, she treated me like all I wanted was drugs and couldn’t even answer whether I would have to pay up front or if I could receive a bill. She very rudely proclaimed that couldn’t answer any more of my questions and if I felt like I had an emergency just to come up there. Plain lazy just didn’t want to do the work to tell me the answer to my question. Becuase of them I will be in serious pain for the next month until I can get to the clinic.
Thanks LCH! Not.

I received “care” if that’s what you want to call it after being a passenger in a wreck. I had to tell everyone 3 different times that I had loss consciousness after the wreck to get a head CT. The doctor never looked at any of my possible fracture until after I said something. It was an act of Congress to get anyone to come in my room. I was vomiting and needed nausea medicine due to the fact I had a concussion. To administer medicine they had a training Emt to do this action. This place in not equipped to handle anything besides the standard cold. If I could give negative stars I would. They can’t even do the simple task of printing discharge papers right and made me sit with a concussion for over an hour to wait on IT to open my chart so I can get the proper paper saying I was a passenger in a wreck when I went back there and had to ask for them to print my whole chart to get the information I needed for my records. I’m not sure how this “ medical center” functions on a daily basis.
