The worst unprofessional,outpatient department service I’ve ever witnessed! Be prepared to get 4 invoices for one CT scan. If not paid within 30 days they turn you into collections in Pine Bluff which are rude and hateful. Keep in mind it was sent out on the 29 day. Ask for an itemized bill!!! A CT scan doesn’t require 4 bills. And this was only for hospital service and not Radiology. If the hospital wonders why people go to Texarkana for their services...Its a no brainer!! 3 out of 4 bills were paid but now their adding attorneys charges. This isn’t patient care! When the bandaid station closes patients will be much better off!!

This hospital could literally kill you. The nurses don't know how to read labs correctly. I won't go to this hospital again.

Staff is pleasant and the facility is clean. But there isn't any way of treating most major ailments. And there isnt a obstetrics wing.

Could be a lot better
