I cannot even give them one star!!!!!! it was the most filthy disgusting hospital I have ever had the displeasure of being in... my daughter was admitted at 2:00 in the afternoon for crisis ...we didn't get out of there till 6 o'clock the next morning !!!!the absolute worst place to go on a face of the planet !!!!!don't ever go to lourdes unless you wanna go and die...... I spoke with the supervisor their shari'ah... She tried her best to help us but chic add no control over what doctor could see us because there was not on call the only one that could see us we had to speak to over the computer which is absolutely ridiculous if you're a crisis center you're supposed to have crisis doctors so this place is not even for crisis..... And this is just one of the many awful reviews there gotta get from May I when I was also told I am welcome to write a letter to the state which I will do...
And just to reiterate the filth in the Room there was it looked like ice cream all over the floor the beds haven't been wiped in years the plastic chairs head so it is still down them though walls were black and disgusting!!!!!!!

Was sent to ER from primary dr. I had to stay in ER first night.(No beds). Got up to the floor and it only got worse.Nurses don't have a clue, room was dirty and the whole three days I was there no one cleaned the bathroom. The dr's are wonderful. Will never be admitted there again.Period.

Excellent experience. This was my husband's first surgery ever and Dr. Mukalian was absolutely wonderful. The surgery went well. He kept me up to date on the progress. The nursing staff was also top notch - a special thanks to Tanya and Jamie who were exceptional!

I was there tonight with chest pain thinking it may be a heart attack. They were prompt in doing triage including an EKG. I was sent back to the waiting room (which was empty) and I WAITED, WAITED & WAITED...then I left. Maybe the emergency department needs a makeover. It wasn't as bad as some of the comments I read regarding cleanliness and professionalism, I just think the staff may be under appreciated and it shows in how they run the emergency departnent.

I went to the er Friday with intense abdominal pain. The only Dr on staff that night was some rude ignorant hook nosed Arab who in so many words accused me of only wanting pain medicine. I left and came back the same night because my symptoms hadn't changed they sent me away with several prescriptions & dirty looks. I went to Virtua hospital maybe 10 hrs later. They admitted me right away and have been treating me for the past 3 days. I guess I'd still be keeled over in pain vomiting & miserable had I not had enough sense to seek a second opinion. If your not in the mood to be treated like a criminal when your sick skip "Lourdes" all together. ✌️
