Worse hospital ever. Bad service from doc specialist and every1 in here I would not recommend this find a different place even if it’s far away but dnt come here. I wish we never came here surgery went bad and getting out of here is even worse feel like ur stuck in jail and no1 cares.
If I could give thisnnegetive stars i would. I went after waking up sweating, shaking, heart racing and a high fever. I went in about 330 am and i gave the girl at the checkin my id and insurance card. Never got it back and they cant find it. Next i told the triage nurse everything her response was "and you came in for that?" That was the first wrong. The rn samir was amazing though. Very personable and very professional. Even at the end of his shift came in to tell me to have a nice day and hope all gets better. The doctor who checked me out felt like he just wanted to get me out. Didnt want to her what i was telling him. Then when it was time to leave the nurse gave me my discharge papers and i told her my iv was left in. She said "oh i had no clue" proceded to rip it out of me with NO GLOVES! Very unprofessional, very rude and would never recomend to anyone. Take the extra time to go to mt holly or anywhere else.
The staff were so rude to me here, and treated my like I wasn’t even a person. People were ignoring me and didn’t even want to make eye contact with me i’m not sure if it was a race thing but i was not happy at all I will NEVER come here again.
I'm only posting with a rating of one star because I'm unsure what exactly happened in the times I've spent in your hospital. I remember you running tests after you took my blood but no one ever expressing any concern for my health. There were no explanations as to if I needed any additional medication or if I was in any type of danger as far as my heart and brain are concerned. I was under the impression my medical records were available between counties and hospitals. Your reps that take your information were told everything concerning where I've been and who I've seen as well as the fact that I've been in a coma at Virtua in Mt Holly.
I would not recommend this hospital to my worst enemy. Service and care received was horrible
