Excellent experience. This was my husband's first surgery ever and Dr. Mukalian was absolutely wonderful. The surgery went well. He kept me up to date on the progress. The nursing staff was also top notch - a special thanks to Tanya and Jamie who were exceptional!
I was there tonight with chest pain thinking it may be a heart attack. They were prompt in doing triage including an EKG. I was sent back to the waiting room (which was empty) and I WAITED, WAITED & WAITED...then I left. Maybe the emergency department needs a makeover. It wasn't as bad as some of the comments I read regarding cleanliness and professionalism, I just think the staff may be under appreciated and it shows in how they run the emergency departnent.
Takes hours to even get any type of service. Waiting hours to see a doctor. Been here since 2 and now it is about to be 5. That is absolutely ridiculous. I havent even seen a doctor yet or gotten word of anything that is happening.
Terrible experience from the day my wife got her surgery until today dealing with their billing department. Already made our insurance copay payments and been receiving bills accusing us of not doing so. Have all receipts in my hand. They told us in the hospital that they can’t do the surgery without receiving our copay on the day of surgery. Staff that we dealt with are rude and disrespectful. The amount of stress this hospital has caused us is unfixble. Avoid them as much as you can.
I was born in this hospital but they should just demolish the building at this point. Worst hospital in South Jersey by far! Do not go here if you value your health in any form! I was assaulted by security. I was punched in the face for asking for clean sheets. Worst hospital food ever, if you can even call it food?
