To all new employees... this is one of the worst place to work for. after being here for more than 10 years, the new managers of these departments do not help or even listen to your opinions. And even worst HR does not do anything to you, they only make you feel as if you are not being a team player. The managers of this department do not care about their employees at all. They only care about themselves. If something is not the way they like it, they would write you up or even cut your hours. They do not listen to you because they treat you as if you are nothing. When HR gets involved, they would accuse you of being insubordinate. To all the new potential employees of Lowell General, please save everything and if they promise you one thing make sure you have it in writing. This is not true in all departments, but one department reflects on all.
Exceptional service and care. The staff was professional and pleasant. The wait was never long. I have been to the ER as well as pre op testing and radiology. They have free valet parking. Everyone is polite and helpful.
Unprofessional, employees don’t know about HIPPA privacy, employees are super rude & it’s been 7 hours since I’ve walked into this building & I still have not been seen by a doctor. Horrible place. DO NOT COME HERE!!
Sexist place, females working there 20+ years making only $16/hr., while males getting big raises. In this time and age?!? This place should be ASHAMED of themselves, EQUAL PAY FOR EVERYONE! This is how you take care of people that gave their whole life to this place? This is just the start, better lawyer up! THIS WILL NOT STAND ANYMORE!
Waiting time could be better. I broke my arm riding a bike and have to wait 3+ hours for someone to put a cast on. Maybe more staff would fix this kind of issues.
