Lowell General Hospital

Came here to have my baby Bailey Born. Everyone was so nice. Amanda in the labor and delivery was absolutely amazing and went over and beyond for my girlfriend. Thank you so much!

Went to the ER with extreme pain after a major surgery. The ER nurse was confrontational with my husband. I was finally seen by a doctor after two hours, was told everything was fine. After I left, I received two phone calls. One from a nurse asking me to come back for vitails they "forgot" to check before leaving and a CT scan. Sorry I'd rather try my luck at anothet hospital. After being told by the ER doctor it was an error on their part. You guys really need to get your stuff together. Lowell general used to be a hospital I trusted. What happened!?

This hospital is patient. Overstaffed. Organized well. I'm giving them my 5 star today due to the significance of their Security. If I have to come back to this Ariel place. Least I know that I am safe, especially in the psychiatric unit. ***** ∆∆∆ æ

My visit was at the Lowell General Cancer center. All of the doctors and the staff are very kind caring and professional people, they do everything to make you feel comfortable.

They where very rude to me on the phone and when I was trying to talk to one of my loved ones who is in the hospital after I got put on hold for like 20 minutes a girl name Kristen answered and she said “hi it’s Kristen I will tell him to call you back you can’t keep calling every five minutes we only have one portable phone so bye I’ll tell him to call you back” And then hung up. Very rude. Because I was trying to check in with one of my loved ones and was upset and I just think it’s horrible that someone who works in a hospital would say that and then just hang up... Furthermore I did not call every five minutes I called maybe an hour and a half before that and talked to my loved one, for only about five minutes and then he had to go because she needed the portable phone back.
