The woman at the ER clerk counter was very rude. I believe her name is Angie Ruiz. There was no need for her to talk or treat us the way she did. We was just there to get our child checked and she acted like we was stupid. There are many many virus and such going around especially during this season and we just wanted to be on the safe side because he was showing many signs are having one. As far as the doctors and nurses they were great and treated us very well.

Some nurses talk n tell others medical problems cause gossiping so loud you cant h ed lo but hear . Doctors drug screen you before helping you in pain . Very sting with meds n prescribing even though was bleeding out kidney . After 3rd visit doctor illia finally helped me w medical pain relief . Sometime toridol ain't enough. But they have saved my life years ago I couldn't breath n the ambulance service doctor Illia n Jesus saved me . Was very scary not being able to get oxygen . I believe most part they want to help n few bad apples shouldn't prevent them from getting credit where its do nice as Los had f as lose positive drug screen n instead of telling me I was treated like drug seeker. Then later I got copies of my visit. And now that falsevpisitive is in Ky medic as lvrecords . I am angry bout that. Should a been told Sonia could a had blood pulled to show test was so wrong .

Doc seen me for 2 minutes tops, and in the first 30 seconds told me I was imagining things. Yet, is going to get an x ray just to prove it. Then walked out. Horrible bed side manners. I am going to refuse to go to this hospital again. I'm not crazy, and I don't appreciate a doc telling me i am within 30 seconds. I'm leaving without being treated, and I'm going to gallatin. At least there the doctors treat you with some kind of respect.

I was admitted through the ER on 11/27/17. They were very caring and helpful. Great nurses, great Doctors! Excellent care! Never a frown on a single face! Awesome hospital!
