Madelia Community Hospital

My husband stepped on a nail while on a job near Madelia. He stopped in the clinic and asked for an appointment with a nurse for a tetanus shot. We just got the bill for his "urgent care" visit for $320.05. I called the billing office and they will not change the billing to a regular office visit. He could have gone to Walgreens and paid under $75.

Oh boy when I got here i was in a very vulnerable state, very pale and basically a wreck. I have been here just two weeks and one day and it is amazing how far I have come. First they had to use a sit and stand, then a hoyer. About a week ago I started standing with two staff, today pretty much one staff now. No weight bearing on the knee.I was admitted because I got a very bad infection from my last knee revision. So my knee had to come out and a spacer put in, I have to be on antibiotics for a total of six weeks, off for two then tested to see if the infection has gone away. All in all MCH is the bomb. One of the best clinics around. The PA's are amazing and very professional. Everyone in the physical therapy department are life savers and the best I've ever seen.
