The surgery area is a 5 star. All these Nurses are great. I have had a few surgeries there. They treat you very well. The upstairs once you admitted is a 5star also. They are great also. BUT the ER is were I have had problems. Once they said they were admitting me and left me in the ER all night then a surgeon came in asking if I had any questions about the surgery. WHAT SURGERY, I said. The dr realized that my chart was mixed with someone else's. Scary!! The ER has misdiagnosed a close friend of mine, they said her problem was stress but she really had cancer . So go to the ER dept at your own risk.
Horrible place to go.. all they thought was that I was coming there for pills.. I just want my body to feel better don't ever come here if you want to feel better they will not help
First experience with the facility; so far, more than under impressed. My wife was scheduled for minor foot surgery. They did not contact us until 4PM the afternoon before to have her come in for pre-op blood work and chest xray-we had to drop everything and get to the hospital before 7:30...
We were required to check in the next morning by 7:50. We arrived at 7:45, got checked in and my wife would be taken back for prep shortly...and then we waited. Some lady appeared from the back and told us to move to an area adjacent to the registration area...and we waited some more.
It took over an hour for them to call her just to get prepared. Live and learn. Won't come back unless there is no other choice! Our Podiatrist needs to get admitting rights at another, more organized and professionally run hospital!
The nurses and assistants in the surgery department are great. I’m here every month for a 7-8 hour infusion. Nurse today was Lenore. Wow. What a caring, attentive person she is. In the past two years I’ve been here for my monthly infusions, 2 Bronchoscopies, and 3 colonoscopies. They get really busy—but always work with a smile, and constantly check with their patients and consciously interact with a upbeat attitude. Bravo to the surgical ladies.
I wouldnt recommend to deliver ur baby at this hospital ITS VERY UNSAFE FOR UR BABY AND URSELF anyone cud just walk in ur room after u deliver . my family came to visit after my Labour they not once asked for them to register or ask who they where visiting they just guided them where to go .
