When I had a cat scan done in the ER, the doctor did not come in to give results. They sent the nurse in to have me discharged and told me everything was fine. Luckily I always check MY patient portal on the web just to find out I have an enlarged liver and was never told about it. Always check your Portal.

Recently gave birth to a baby boy here and I must say I am pleased with there service!!! Very attentive and caring nurses in L&D! Constantly checking on me making sure I am comfortable and not in pain! Great attitudes always! My first child and I was blessed to have received the care of all the L&D staff of Madera Community Hospital! I would recommend this hospital 100 % Thank you For a wonderful experience! ❤

I wish there was an option to give 0 star rating. I recently gave birth here and had the worst experience ever. Nurses here don’t want to help and care much. They showed tons of attitude when I asked for something. They try to delay things so next shift can take care if it. Two nurses were even lazy to go get water for me. One of them wanted to get it from the restroom sink and other just simply got tab water from the sink and left. Why chose this profession when you can’t take care of patients.

Labor and Dilivery team were great. Dr. Ng is a great Dr. Very attentive, listens and explains every little detail. Would recomend her 100% you will love her.
