Madison Hospital

We have had experience in the ER and now Labor and Delivery. I can not express how great Labor and Delivery is at this hospital. The nurses were so impressive! Nurse Megan is at the top of her game in care. I highly recommend this hospital.

My issue is about the cleanliness of my daughters room.she went to take a shower an got out real quick after she seen on the shower wall a bloody scab or a nasty dried up booger an the room floor didn’t look very clean either.an her husband found a Benadryl pill in the couch i told her to report it but she was afraid to thinking they would just think it was her cause she didn’t report it when she first seen it.i would like for the housekeeping to to a better job cause that’s just not sanitary.i haven’t been able too visit her yet but if they don’t let her go home today I’ll be visiting her an will inspect the room i do housekeeping my self being doing it for over 15 years an I know what to look for thank you

Great labor and delivery staff, and nice rooms, this hospital also looks great and nicely designed...

Love, love, love!!!!!! I will go nowhere else. Staff was professional, kind, sincerely concerned and all you could ask for when you're relying on someone to take care of you. My mom has a severe back injury from a car wreck 5 years ago and she gets regular injections in her spine and neck and we moved from Louisiana a few months ago and havent found a doctor to do the injections. So one day she was laying down on her stomach and could'nt get up because her back went out, upon arrival at Madison Hospital the security guard was nice and generous all the way until we were out of his care once we got in the back and my mom refused a wheel chair because it hurt her back even more the doctors laughed as she was hunched over her Walker with only me helping her to her room as they directly pointed and laughed and just stood by as I carried all of her belongings and walked in behind her helping hold her. Overall great facility ruined by its staff especially, the triage nurse that was being hateful while my mom asked to sit in a softer chair to ease the pain a tad bit more to where it was bearable enough to speak and she refused until I stood her up and put her in the chair myself.
