What happened to this place, they used to have nurses and staff that did everything to make a patients stay calming and not stressful. Whoever Jackie is, she needs to be re-trained and until she learns how to treat people respectfully, removed as a night supervisor. She talks to the families of patients like they're trash, she will insult you, and will talk over you to make it a point to not allow you to speak. She refuses to listen to anything except her own voice. I've NEVER been insulted so bad by anyone at this facility. The dispatch team was fantastic 5 stars, the security officer was very professional and helpful 5 stars. Jackie truly made this simple situation a terrible experience.

P.S. don't ever make any rhetorical statements. This hospital has a policy to make you feel like a prisoner and you lose any and all privacy. As I was notified by a nurse last night, it is the hospital's POLICY to take ALL of your possessions, even your hospital gown, and make you wear a paper smock. In their view it's for "the patients safety" even if they know for a fact the patient is actually of no harm to themself or anyone around them. If the patient contacts a family member or significant other with a mobile device, that gets confiscated and turned off so the patient can ONLY speak with you if you call in and they actually allow you to talk to them.

Anyone that isn't sadistic would know this isn't how you treat a human being that's in a hospital to get help.

There is so so much wrong about this SO-CALLED Hospital. If you are into S&M this place is for you, if you are looking for a S L O W Death this place is for you.

I made the biggest mistake of my life going to the Emergency Room. Besides the 10 hour wait, while the I witnessed the crew of Medical Students, posing as Phisicians about 10 no exaggeration huddled in a circle chatting for well over 15 minutes drinking their beverages and carrying on while the sick get no attention.

This facility is a crying shame, not even a joke... Then my poor brother was yet another victim of their staff of quacks is littered with cancer and they just keep cutting him left and right with NO relief insight. This Death Camp needs to be put to rest. Oh and by the way online it is written as a description "learning facility" well my brother and I learned the very hard way NOT to go there⚠️

Pathetic excuse for a hospital. Went in around 10pm because of an infection that was causing me an immense amount of pain. There were around 7-8 other groups/people there. I waited three hours and never saw the doctor once. Told my nurse I was done waiting and was forced to stay another 15 minutes for discharge. I won't have anything to do with this hospital again unless I'm on a stretcher.

Changed my mind after a surgery that basically saved my life, to just complain about pain meds is silly. They definitely need a pain management doctor because each doctorsresident makes calls. Some are good some not good. But as a whole the place is great staff is awesome there is always some bad apples but so far I am happy but looking forward to getting better and going home. Only thing if you end up on the 4th floor with a nurse named Samantha run and hide only terrible nurse I had. Don't trust the social workers they are terrible at there jobs
