I went for upper respiratory infection. When putting needle in for blood work they hit my nerve and when doing it the second time they hit the nerve again in the same arm and area. It felt like electric shock . My arm and hand still is in pain. I am not happy with the service. Due the fact I warned them that I had bad experiences with needles. I hope they didn’t damage my nerve.

I'm not from Massac. Was in town for sport event with my daughter. Had to take her to ER after her game. Every single person who cared for her, nurses, doctors, X-ray techs, etc were so nice! They all were prompt and very thorough in getting her checked out and finding some answers. They made a stressful situation more relaxing. Very happy with the care my daughter was given. Kindness makes a patient (especially a teenager) much more at ease.

I've always had good service and care!

Went for medical care with a severe sulfa allergy reaction. Waited in ER for an hour. No one ever came. I finally told the registration clerk that I would seek medical assistance elsewhere. And they were not busy. No other patients were there but me. But I could hear the ER staff talking and joking around.

Traveling through. Got us straight in and was very professional.
