I can't say enough great things about the ER staff. We rushed our son(16 months old) to the er after he fell holding a sippy cup and split his bottom lip wide open, the night before Christmas eve. Everyone was very professional and yet personable. They helped calm my nerves (I was a wreck seeing my poor baby boy covered in blood). They were so sweet with him. We left the hospital just a few short hours later after 5 stitches and a new teddy bear and blanket given to us by the nurse. Hopefully we never have to go back (I'm sure we will with this fearless little one) but if we do I know we will be in good hands. Thank you for your care of my family!
Incompetent, condescending assholes. Avoid this place like the plague. They'll get you killed. My primary doctor sent me to the ER for gallbladder issues.
I'm white, and covered in tattoos. They refused to treat excruciating pain with anything other than lidocaine and Motrin because they thought I was a junky just looking for pain pills. My mom is a substance abuse counselor, she was in the room with me explaining how I'm a veteran, currently working for the federal government, and not a goddamn crackhead.
Long story short, they sent me home and said nothing is wrong with me. Dr Johannson or whatever his name is, is a complete jackass and should be fired.
I’ve been in and out of hospitals all my life. This is THE worst place I’ve ever been. The Dr’s and nurses don’t know how to treat or even take care of human beings! If you can avoid this death sentence, you should at ALL cost!
The doctor that treated my brother should and will be SUED the staff do not care about there jobs or treating the sick with respect .My brother was sent home without treatment only to stop breathing after his wife drove him home .I just home the hospital has DEEP pockets for the lawsuit that is being filed
My dad had surgery here last week and the staff was amazing! They answered all our questions, kept us informed on progress every hour and basically made us feel like he was the only one in the hospital. He was in the hospital 3.5 days and was treated with respect and kindness, in addition to receiving excellent care. I am so grateful that we have this calliber of care in the Valley. Thank you Lisa, Marilyn, and Dawn!!
