Teri was extremely professional, kind, and courteous. She performed her tasks fluently and quickly without making it feel as if she were rushing.
Needing emergency care is never pleasant. However, during a recent visit to the ER with an injured student-athlete I can honestly say that the staff from check-in to discharge did everything they could to make the patient experience as painless as possible. They acted swiftly, respectfully, and compassionate.
That's a good place to go it is clean hospital and grounds. It has everything that you could need are want.
MRI was completed on me three weeks ago. I obtained copy of report to find something that could be severe health issue. Contacted the doctor who ordered it along with bloodwork and they had not received the results. What if I had not taken it upon myself to get the results. Two more months would have gone by before I saw my rheumatologist. Something needs to be done about the oversights. In my case this is not the first. Wish I could meet with the CEO!!!! I worked in healthcare for fifteen years before becoming disabled so I know what this hospital is doing is truly unacceptable.
My mother has received emergency care, cancer care, and surgery at Memorial Satilla Health. I have delivered two beautiful healthy children behind those walls, each time receiving excellent care. I am comforted to know I can receive quality care at my local hospital close to my family. When my son broke his collarbone the ER staff quickly treated him, and comforted me (I was tearful). This is my hospital, where I choose to have care for myself, and my family.
