Not a good hospital in my book... Dr. Gave my aunt meds that made her see things that wasn't there... Gave her meds to counter act the meds and made it worse.. Nurse did not wanna do her job... The one on last night before I demanded her to be released demanding me to do her job that she gets paid to do... Then they did not wheel her in a wheel chair... They made her walk out... She is 72 years old... She bout fell several times before making it to car... I would NOT recommend taking no one to be admitted there... This hospital is a bandaid hospital...

This hospital has declined rapidly in the last year. I went to the Er with SOB diagnosis and needed nebulizers and steroids. My bp was 181/112 at intake. Before being discharged, my vital signs were not retaken once. Blood was not taken at all to see if maybe I was in CHF, since I have had a history of this on my record. The nurse asked ME why I thought my bp was up. I looked at her and responded, Gee, I dont know, maybe its because I cant breathe? Dirty needles were EVERYWHERE. Blood was on the floor of the room I was in. People were in agony and not one dr in sight assisting them or giving any relief. I am actually terrified of this hospital. It needs to be shut down before more serious incidences occur.

This has been the worse week of my life and it keeps falling into the pit of misery each hour. I’ve witnessed my mom thrive and now decline due in part to the unattentiveness of a nursing staff and lack of engagement and action by physicians. No one is owning the care plan for my mom, but everyone is expecting someone to do and passing it off on the unknown. I’ve had to initiate acknowledgement of her not breathing well, lethargy, elevated BP, elevated HR, lack of urine output, but yet I’m the son not the doctor or nurse. I watched as she was parked in a hallway for well over 15 minutes for transport. She’s having difficulty breathing so why would you leave a patient unattended??? What if she had coded??? What if I wasn’t there with her. Alone in a hallway, cold, afraid and alone. I am appalled beyond disappointment. If I could fly her to Emory I would.

I left work to get checked out at 5pmand got here at 5:30pm and i am still here in the waiting room with extreme pain at 1:42am. All I know is that first thing after leaving here today im going to get my lawers envolved because there is no reason someone in extreme pain should wait 8 plus hours to get seen. I think i have a ruptured cyst on my ovaries and i know that it can cause sever damage if not treated because im bleeding and if this messes me up on have kids i will have lawers on them like white on rice.

My elderly wife had a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience at this facility. In the early afternoon, my wife was examined in the ER and placed on a cot in a hallway awaiting a room assignment. After the passage of over six hours and getting the run-around from a disagreeable medical staff, my wife called me at home in desperation - I told her to leave, which she did. After complaining about my wife's treatment, a female staff member promised to look into the matter and call me back - she never called. A second complaint also failed to get a satisfactory explanation. I strongly advise you to stay away from this facility. - From the patient: wife. I almost died here. They would have stepped right over me. They took my clothes - and meds (I am seriously ill w/many diagnoses) and left me to rot for hours in the ER hallway. I got sick without my meds, BP soared, wept, got snapped at by unit clerk and Charge nurse when I asked for tissues. I came there for Psych eval. r/t meds, and got into a critical state. They asked for urine/blood X 3 after collection. They lie, charge you for services not rendered and make you much sicker. Patient care reps. never return your calls, and they RE-CHART what happened to fake your public record. You'll die here.
