You are treated like you matter. Your concerns are their concern. Doctor, nurses and staff treat you with respect. They listen to what you're saying. Used clinic, emergency room, etc through the years and have never been treated this well in any other clinic. Kudos to Mayo.

Fantastic Doctors & Nursing staff however the administration & billing is a train wreck, Trying to get a billing rep to discuss insurance claims and filings is next to impossible, when calling you are more than likely going to get a message saying they are experiencing high call volume and you will have to try back later. Absolutely unacceptable. Then once you do get them they argue that the insurance company is wrong, well it would be great if insurance could get thru in order to discuss directly.

Good doctors for the most part. ER personnel pleasant and concientous, and thorough.
