I should’ve came to the reviews first. My boyfriend went into the ER tonight because he has a toothache, fever, swollen lymph nodes and soar neck and arm. I told him to go in just to be safe, I had a family member in the past put off a toothache and the worst happened. Well tonight the first thing Dr said to my boyfriend was “why didn’t you go to the dentist?” Wow, really?? Dr didn’t seem to want to hear anything that was wrong with him. Just told him he grinds his teeth (he doesn’t btw) and to take some aleve and he was sent on his way. It’s like he has little to no real concern for his patients. Must be for the $$$ The doctor was a younger guy.

The clinic side has an amazing and caring staff. This includes the physicians and lab team. The ER on the other hand is another story. Generally it's the night team that seems like they could use a reminder as to why they got into the medical field- which I hope is to help people and not just because it pays well. They're cold and lack bedside manor...

I have had dealings with the hospital here and the physicians in Sparta. The care has been just great. No problems or unnecessary treatment. My daughter was visiting and had a major problem, the emergency treatment was great and she was admitted. A surgeon was brought in to fix her up and the care was just great. I have had to go there a couple of times under an emergency situation and again all were just great. Our regular doctor has been extremely good and has taken care of us without any problems. Maybe others have had bad experiences but we sure haven't. Keep up the good work.

I had to have an outpatient procedure done. The staff on the 4th floor were so nice. Checking on me frequently and explained everything that was going to happen. The computers were down and the ladies at the front desk were having to do everything on paper but they never lost their composure. Dr. Uecker was very nice also. No complaints at all.

Great hospital but woman rhs works night shift in ER is very rude at desk and when you have to wait over and hour just to drop off labs rhats ridiculous. And each time they called the lab techs they always aid they were on the way...smh
