Maternity floor is amazing. Everyone is so nice & helpful. They did everything possible to properly care for my newborns. I had both my kids there & plan on having #3 there as well 😁

I was admitted into the hospital on Sunday, and was discharged on Tuesday night. I wanted to take this time to recognize the nursing staff there. I was in the ER, the ICU, and then on the main floor, and every nurse, and nursing assistant that I had, was amazing and had great bedside manner. They made the horrible experience a little bit more bearable by being so kind and helpful.

My experience with the doctors and most of the ER nurses at this hospital has been great. However last week I was advised by my OBGYN to go into the ER because I could not stop vomiting (I’m 8 months pregnant)
One of the nurses trying to get my vitals apparently couldn’t be bothered to put down the paperwork she was holding and gave me a paper cut on my inner elbow. Then the triage nurse wanted to argue with the doctor who ordered me to the maternity ward, telling him I had no reason to be up there for a stomach flu. She was rolling her eyes the entire time like I was being dramatic. Thankfully the doctor knew what he was talking about and I got treatment for a UTI I didn’t even know I had.

Should be no stars. I was in so much pain. Did that matter four and a half hours later still in waiting room. There was a lady there that came in by medstar, they put her in a wheelchair and rolled to waiting room. Her IF bagged emptied no one ever checked it 2 hours passed and this poor lady was begging for help. Eight employees walked by like the wheelchair was empty. This hospital is a joke. Keep changing your name , the head of this place should go undercover.

Let's face it hospitals really don't care about patient's. It's all about money and the the top management getting their big paychecks while the rest of the employees are treated poorly and over worked and underpaid. Dont be fooled with the so called owners comments of concern for patients. If they have nothing but contempt for their own employees how can they really care about patients. Beware owner I'm keeping a close eye on you.
