The Emergency Room has an urgent care operation as well in attempts to get patients in and out more quickly without taking up extra space in the ER. I find it to be a really nice service because it allows you to get in and out faster as well as giving space in the ER for those more in need. When you check in at the desk they will decide which route may be fastest for you. I have had to visit with the ER and the Urgent Care on separate occasions. Each time I've been seen relatively quickly and had the wait time expectation set. The staff is all very nice, professional, do their best to treat you as quickly as possible, and continuously communicate and detail the steps they are taking. The facilities are also very clean. I don't go to the doctor often and don't have a general practitioner. When I need to see a dr. this and another urgent care in Denver are the only two I will go to. I've always been satisfied with my treatment plans. They even have a nurses phone line if you need to call them after your visit with questions or any other reason.

My visit was one of the best, and I've seen my share of appointments! The tech was beyond friendly, made me feel extremely comfortable and. although this is her job, I wasn't just a task, but a person that she could relate and converse with, while being extremely efficient at the "task."

I had a mammography at the Breast Center on Arapaho. It was a truly surprisingly good experience. The staff were kind, caring, and, after learning I had had a fractured leg and was still using a cane, they even provided a wheelchair and pushed me to my car! I will definitely rerun next year for my next mammography. Thanks to that great staff there!
