I went in because the left side of my face was not feeling normal. I was concerned about being a stroke. I was working in Denver, I am from Portland. They brought me in and ran test, determined it to be Bell’s palsy. I am scared of hospitals, But I will say the staff here is AWESOME! Thanks very much to all the staff!

This is a great Hospital doing very good things. I recommend them however it is a bit of a shock to the system at first. It's easier if you remember it's a hospital and not a lockdown facility. I am thankful to all the staff and doctors here who made my wellness a sincere priority. Keep up the good work!

I came in with a friend to have his colonoscopy done here in day surgery. We had a wonderful experience with the nurses and doctors. They were kind and understanding. Great patient service. It was a long day for us at the hospital but they made our stay comfortable and as stress free as possible. They checked on us often to see if we needed anything and even went to get my friend a soda since I couldn't leave him alone. I Would like to say thank you to Cheri, Erin, Carol, Nate, and Nicole for providing excellent patient care.

My husband suffered from a car accident a week ago and has been having abdominal and hip pain since the accident. He went in tonight, fearing he might have a hernia due to the accident. They sat him down and talked to him as if he was going to get an MRI. A few minutes later, they say they don't have the ability to do an MRI and they were extremely dismissive and rude. "What do you want us to do about it?" Completely unprofessional. If you can't treat people with compassion, don't be working at a damn hospital. My husband left the hospital, untreated, saying he'll wait for our PCP's office to open up tomorrow, despite his severe pain. UNBELIEVABLE!!! YOUR FACILITY BETTER NOT CHARGE US FOR DOING NO WORK! Your people's bedside manner is absolute garbage. No wonder we stopped going here years ago. Seems the compassion-less staff and doctors haven't changed; was hoping the opposite this time around.

Had a great experience at the hospital. The ER, ICU, and floor staff were friendly, compassionate and professional. Although busy, the doctors nurses and staff took the time to engage and inform the patient and family through all the procedures and treatments.
