feedback about Medical City Dallas Hospital
Nurses were on top of their game when I suddenly went into labor unexpectedly late at night! They were consistent and so sweet to make sure my labor and days at the post-partum unit was the best! And my little one is well cared for!
I recently had my appendix removed by a very professional team from Medical City! The ER nurses were great, especially Justin. He has very good bedside manner. When he put the needle in my arm to start an IV, I didn't feel a thing. After my cat scan, the doctor came to tell me I needed to have my appendix removed. My surgeon was great and the recovery nurses were very professional and informative. Thank you for everything!
I used to love medical City! Then about 2 weeks ago I went to ER for something I couldn't explain. After waiting 6 hours to see the Dr he spent 5 minutes with me and said it was vertigo. Even did a CT scan and said it was normal. 2 weeks later I have been diagnosed with a large brain tumor. Thanks for nothing! I'll never go back there and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy!
Staff was great! My surgery was unexpected, and late in the afternoon. Everyone on the staff was great, from check in to the surgeon’s. The staff did a great job making an uneasy situation for me, very comforting. Thank you!
Something's wrong with the Medical City- Dallas website. When you visit the website, under "Patients and Family", there is no information about Medical Records. However, when you visit the website for Medical City- Plano, Medical City- Frisco, or Medical City- Ft. Worth, under "Patients and Family" there is complete information on Medical Records.
Why do all the other Medical City hospital websites have easily accessible information on Medical Records, but Medical City- Dallas does not? Is this an oversight? Is this intentional? Is this just a lack of attention to detail on the part of the Chris Mowan and the Administration Office? Who knows.
It just shouldn't be this hard to find info on Medical Records on the Medical City- Dallas website. This is easily correctable by the I.T. department. It is a disservice to patients and families to obfuscate this important information.
