Absolutely the most neglectful and unavailable staff I have ever met with. RN at the check-in told me, word for word, that my emotional crisis was due to having started my menstrual cycle. I'm genuinely still in shock. They all but bullied me out the door.

Everyone at Baptist has been wonderful to me from the moment I checked in at the emergency room! Everyone from the doctors, nurses, administration, housekeeping, cafeteria and those in between have been awesome!!!! I give y’all 100+!!! Thank you for taking such good care of me!!!

Day surgery. Poor time management. No communication. Don't follow surgery times.

THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER DO NOT GO HERE!! I went there this weekend and this lady gave me an IV I’m not going to say her name but it started with J. She gave me an IV and did it wrong in both of my arms I now have bruises everywhere on both of my arms. Then after that the nurse gave me fluids and I told them it was tooo strong and my face was burning but that same nurse wouldn’t get the doctor to see what was going on. The doctor didn’t even want to treat me for what I can in for!!! Next time I will be going to 24 hr emergency center and the nurse needs to get fired ASAP she was rude and messed up my arms. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I came in and figured I had a concussion and came to find out I had a concussion.I didn't have to wait too long and was very impressed with how nice all the staff was and they really cared about me after I was discharged they was telling me that they hope I get to feeling better and I will definitely come again if anything else comes up
