Had my baby here and had a very good experience. Most of the nurses were very friendly and supportive/ attentive with the exception of one. I felt safe and in very capable hands throughout my stay here.

My friend just had her baby there almost 2 weeks ago. I am APPALLED at how she was treated. Up until now I had always had a good view of this hospital. It's my go to hospital for care since I live across the street. My friend has a genetic problem that is triggered by the adjuvants in vaccines. She is one that herd immunity protects. She was afraid for her child because it was unknown whether the child inherited the condition or not. DANA threatened her. She coerced her into medical treatments the baby did not need and she had refused. The nurse threatened to call CPS on her and to fine her. What fine??? Wisconsin law states a parent may opt their child out of medical treatments, even when the state is under medical emergency. She has the RIGHT to refuse anything for her child. Reporting her to CPS for asserting her legal rights falls under false reporting. For one, CPS will not act. For two, it is illegal. She is currently speaking with an attorney and the hospital may face a lawsuit because of this. The actions all around were unethical and illegal. My view of this neighborhood hospital has been changed. Thank Dana for that.

I came in at about 8:00pm into the emergency for having trouble swallowing and breathing. My husband and I were forgotten about in the room for a long time. At one point we had been left alone for 1.5 hours before someone noticed. (Another nurse actually came in to the room to restock and asked why we were still there.) Then the nurse came back and said she had forgotten us. Then left again and forgot to take the samples she was supposed to run so we waited another hour before she remembered to come back for them. We were rather annoyed but tried to be nice. Then I got my bill and because they had forgotten us for a total of 2.5 hours, they charged us more money for being there after 10pm. It was ridiculous. I would not recommend this hospital. The only good thing I can say is that the man at the welcome desk was extremely kind.
