I have came here multiple times and you know what? These employees of yours needs to receive classes on Customer Service.

All of the employees were very very rude and disrespectful.

As a person whom works in retail, I give each and every customer my focus with a smile and a polite greeting such as hello what can I help you with today.

Customer service is about being polite, giving out smiles, and being polite towards each other. This was not the case for memorial and I expected better.

With a very rude tone and no sense of comfort or sincerity the staff have not seen before. These are recptionist and nurses. They are indeed supposed to care about the people. (Mainly focusing on check in, some etc staff and the registration counters.

It would be a better experience if I wasn't yelled out for mistakenly thinking my name was called out.

If anything I'd give this a 0 star. They don't deserve any.

We went to the E.R. and it was pretty quick. And they ask you important questions and put you ahead if it seems like more urgent. I liked that.

This review is two fold. Both experiences were years ago but neither have ever left me. Just driving by the hospital gives me anxiety.
My mother was taken here several times. At first everything was well but her last time was not normal. She was in ICU I left to get some rest and was called back to make the decision to stop life support. After she passed I was handed her personal property the next day I noticed her jewelry wasn’t in the bag. I called the hospital and was referred to the coroner’s office they didn’t have anything. She was admitted with it on because she never removed it. I was referred to an office to file a report nothing was done and I was treated like a greedy kid. The loss hurt my grandmother deeply.
I was admitted for a super bug infection and the side effects were horrible it effected my sense of reality. Not my so called doctor or nurses made anything easier. I was shuffled from room to room. Waking up in different places it was confusing and terrifying. Several times they couldn’t tell my family where I was to visit. Somewhere along the line my hair was washed and wrapped up in a rubber band, that eventually had to be cut out of my hair and my waist length hair cut off above my chin line. I was treated less than human and won’t return even to be declared DOA. The staff should be ashamed of themselves I was very ill and not able to help what I was going through. Not one ounce of compassion was shown to me or my family.

Dawn was my mother's nurse this week. She was with her for just a day, but she helped so much. Amazingly kind and attentive. She helped my mom right away when needed, and it was so nice to have someone so helpful close by. Thank you so much for all your help Dawn, you made a huge difference in our stay here.

Waited over an hour in the ER to be seen. Service was adequate once checked in.

Their billing department itemizes services and costs in multiple items, so even great insurance coverage will not cover all items, changing a $100 deductable to about $1000 in out of pocket costs. You can negotiate costs, but this itemization is unacceptable.

Will not return.
