I have came here multiple times and you know what? These employees of yours needs to receive classes on Customer Service.
All of the employees were very very rude and disrespectful.
As a person whom works in retail, I give each and every customer my focus with a smile and a polite greeting such as hello what can I help you with today.
Customer service is about being polite, giving out smiles, and being polite towards each other. This was not the case for memorial and I expected better.
With a very rude tone and no sense of comfort or sincerity the staff have not seen before. These are recptionist and nurses. They are indeed supposed to care about the people. (Mainly focusing on check in, some etc staff and the registration counters.
It would be a better experience if I wasn't yelled out for mistakenly thinking my name was called out.
If anything I'd give this a 0 star. They don't deserve any.
