The staff has the tendency not to listen to the patient. They stereotype everyone the same. Even if your drs use St Luke's they think they know better. I wouldn't take my dog there. The nurses had more time to sit and gossip at he station than to answer patient calls to them.

I love this hospital. When I got sick last year this hospital is what helped me feel better. And than when it came time to have my daughter. CHI St. Luke's Health Memorial Hospital was the one that took care great care of me. I had to have an emergency c section with my daughter. From the time it began to the end giving birth to my daughter thru thick and thin from a c section to recovery they took care of me making sure I wasnt in any pain. Making sure I wasn't feeling any bad feelings. They made sure my daughter was safe as well. And that's why I think St Luke's should be a 5 star hospital instead of 2.5.

Went to the emergency room for a female problem. Got in triage pretty quick but noticed a camera in triage. The nurse asked me to show her the effected area but i didn't feel comfortable taking my clothes off with the camera, and I didn't stick around to see if they had cameras in any other patient area. Don't know if this is common practice, but it made me uncomfortable and Woodland Heights didn't have any cameras in triage.

Had my baby girl over a week ago. Labor and delivery nurses were so amazing! I love it here I’ve had all 3 of my babies here at this hospital.
