Mercy Hospital Booneville

My granddaughter was recently diagnosed with acute bronchitis. After two rounds of antibiotics she wasn't getting better. We could not quickly get her in for a follow up with her doc so decided to take her to the ER. I was very pleased with doctor on duty, Dr. Pece. She was very kind, professional, thorough, and she found that our granddaughter has a touch of pneumonia and also the flu on top of everything else. Thank you Dr. pece for listening to our concerns and taking care of our girl☺

2 stars, glad there's at least some sort of medical care...but, I'm appalled at the amount of people working for Mercy with nasty attitudes that I've had to deal with. I get people having bad days.... but, If you're not a people person, you're working in the wrong field.

Sent my daughter home from the ER 2 times in 2 months saying she had gas... no tests no nothing 3 time Dr decided to draw blood, what a suprise she has leukemia. .. wish we had known earlier, like 2 months earlier... do not go to this hospital unless your looking for a place to die....

I had a wasp sting gone bad. Was checked in fast. Great care. Friendly staff. Awesome for an emergency room visit.
