Mercy Hospital of Valley City

My mother in law was in the rehab. She went in very weak, and with the attitude that she'd no longer walk, dress, or go to the bathroom on her on. The staff listened to our beliefs that she could. In seven days she came out walking. The staff was attentive, yet, firm with her. They have an excellent balance of getting the job done and caring for the patient. I honestly haven't seen her this mobile in over a year. Thank you floor 2 staff!

Went into the ER for the first time here. The receptionist was rude, and so was the gal who took my blood pressure & checked my temp she was horrid,rude and condescending . They refused to let my spouse come in with me, and made her wait in the waiting room. I decided to leave, and go to Jamestown hospital where I was treated properly & so was my spouse. I hope to never have actual emergency care here.
