I had a one day procedure at Mercy San Juan hospital. From check in, operation, recovery, to check out every experience was commendable. A big shout out to my recovery nurse Porsche she was very caring and attentive. I have been in both Mercy San Juan hospital and Mercy Folsom and have been very happy with both experiences.

As much as it was a bummer to wait the time we had to wait for my mom‘s test results to come back it was obvious how busy they were, but people like nurse James and Dr. John and the rest of the staff really made an effort to get us going. My 90-year-old mother fell and fractured her wrist and thumb and they really did their best to get us through such a crazy night at the ER. Thanks everybody in the ER department we appreciate you guys!

I came into Mercy San Juan with chest pains. I was processed quickly and throughly in the system. So far so great! I was run through a myriad of tests and was treated excellent. I was shipped up to the heart center for observation and an overnight stay but after all tests came back fine they asked if I wanted to stay the night or go home.... I took option b and went home. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors! My only observation is that some patients looked like they didn't need hospital care just a med clinic...but I'm no Doctor. Also...homeless people who were there were very disruptive and disrespectful to all. Mercy did what they could to help these folks but wow....yhe staff are Angel's of mercy.

ER doctor tonight saw my 88 year old father for minutes before making an assessment that he wasn't going to admit him despite his extreme lethargy, vomiting and diarrhea This was after my Dad was in an ambulance bay/holding tank for hours waiting to be seen. ER was chaos. Prior experience earlier in the week with different ER doctor was better. Nurses and Case Managers from earlier hospital stay were wonderful. This review is for the ER Dr experience July 6th

Terrible place and people. My uncle just had a triple bypass and they left him tied up, ignored him and he wet himself. My mom and aunt were there to witness this and when they spoke up a male nurse was completely rude and sarcastic. My uncle was thirsty and left for two hours with nothing. The nurse came back and left his ice chips on the table. Remember, he's tied up at this point. Nurses are trained to deal with people coming out of anesthesia. I will just say they are lucky I wasn't there. I'm glad I am a Kaiser member.
