So far my experience here has been wonderful, the Dr's are so great at keeping me updated i can't thank you enough for the honestly ,compassion ,care, and communication my family has received. Dr Lin is great. Thank you for being honest with my dads condition, it makes such hard decisions easier for one to make. Thank you to all staff for the care you guve our family members when we are unable to.

This place is very consistent on delivering bad service. In other words this place ran out of mercy. Can’t get simple things done here, there’s no microwave so you can warm up your child’s milk or food, no fridge to keep the milk, one nurse said we can keep it in the fridge if it’s labeled, but now another one says oh sorry we don’t have a fridge with a fake smile. The night shift nurse was nice at least she brought us a bowl of ice so we can store milk in it, and warmed up some milk in a microwave somewhere. But the morning shift one it took her four hours to bring a bowl of ice. Our son didn’t sleep for two nights, well he was sick right! And being traumatized with all the blood tests, x-rays and all that. The third night as he was finally able to sleep the poor kid had to be poked again as soon he woke up, can’t you just give that poor child a break? We all know he is there for treatment and you are all the ones who know everything in there. But seems like some nurses are forgetting why they are even there. Your perfect fake smiles aren’t the only job you have. In the end we as parents didn’t ask for anything for ourselves we were just trying to get things done for our son who was a patient there.

Took my elderly mother here. We were quoted a 4 to 6 hour wait! Emergency room looked third world! I felt badly for the stressed staff. We went to a different facility by ambulance in Roseville and got immediate professional, compassionate care. Sadly, this hospital emergency room is not adequately equipped to care for the community. The EMT told us this was a common experience. This facility needs new management/directors! This many 1 star reviews (and counting) says it all. Does voicing your complaints online make a difference? Do the “right ears” listen or care?

L&D are ridiculous, scheduled for an induction, call to see if there was a bed available and nothing told to call back again and again and again and still nothing. Had me call back at 10 PM then again at 5 AM just to be told to call back again.

What's the point of scheduling an induction if you're not even going to get to go in at that time.
I get natural labor is first but they should definitely take inconsiderate off inductions as well. They've know for X amount of days so they should have rooms available.

Being pregnant and told to call back multiple times is ridiculous, 10pm then 5am? Okay Mercy..

Safe to say I've gotten minimal sleep playing this waiting game for a dam room and a massive headache for 24 hours now.

Good job Mercy..

My mom has been seeing oncology, radition doc and had her surgery at this hospital.
Her doctors have been wonderful, all staff have been so helpful and accommodating to all of our questions and concerns, just wonderful! Free parking structure and valet service provided at no charge to patients and visitors. Easy to enter and exit hospital, also have specifically assigned spots for onocology/radiation patients usually, at least one is always open or available. Nice extra.
