I wouldn't take anyone to this hospital they stood beside a quack doctor who is a staff doctor there who almost killed my husband. I brought this to management attention several times and they cared less. It's not normal for someone to not pee for three days while drinking fluids. Shame on this hospital but I hear it's all mercy hospital that have gone bad even in Lorain Ohio. I remember my family worked here and myself and the nuns ran a tight ship. God knows who is running it now but they certainly are driving it to the ground. Toledo hospital all the way from now on. I was even born at mercy hospital but it's really went downhill

Tina in registration is a frickin beotch. Way to talk down to young people who have no idea how to go about getting testing done. How could you have someone in the first step of your hospital visit be so condescending?

THE WORST HOSPITAL!! In the ER I was seen by so many different doctors and nurses and none of them knew what was going on. I had to explain over and over! When you’re ill you don’t want to repeat yourself. Then they admitted me and 1 RN who was 22 years old was running the whole floor by himself. He was obviously overwhelmed and again asked me all of the questions I answered 10 times in the ER! I didn’t see a Dr. until the 3rd day!!! I left feeling worse than when I came in!! UNDERSTAFFED AND UNORGANIZED!!!

2 hour wait in the E.R. I came in for a terrible Crohns Flare. Then there werent enough rooms so i spent the first day down in a halfway room. I got a room finally at 8 am the next day. Half the staff i dealt with were hardly around and didn't provide hardly any info or details. The other half were ok and nice to me. When I pushed my help button and asked for help it didnt come. I honestly wanted to walk out but i needed my insurance to cover it so I couldn't. Now I wait to be discharged and I think they forgot about me again. I need this I.V out to leave. I dont think they even know or care. Never again...

Took my pregnant daughter to the ER with an infection and massive sore on her arm. The ER receptionist said that they couldn't help her because it wasn't a life or death situation. How in the hell does she know? Is she a Dr? Don't you Actually have to see and assess the situation Before you make Any decisions? Thought they were a good caring hospital but that's a Lie!! Go Anywhere but there! Do Not Recommend them!
