Waited. In an emergency room for what was an emergency room not a doctor's office. It was only 3 people. If you aren't happy with your profession, I beg of you do not use it as a profitable experience. We are humans, not pawns. 1/10 would recommend to the blind and hopeful and usually I'm a very positive persona. :/

If I could give them less stars I certainly would. I came to be treated because I had cystic acne on my chin. The female nurse practitioner laughed at me even though I tried to explain to her that the last time this happened it required surgery . She said ," So you want me to look at a sore on your face ?" I have never been in so much pain. She told me to take Ibuprofen and sent me home . I had to return the next night I saw a male Dr . A real Dr and he immediately gave me pain Medicine and told me to be sure and take the antibiotic the np had prescribed . It's day four now and I know I'm going to require surgery again all bc of the incompetent female nurse practitioner in their emergency room . My advice to you never go here no matter what .

Do Not go to this place! The nurses are extremely unfriendly and rude. They treat you like your just junkie scum off the street! They do not treat patients with "chronic" pain and they decide what is chronic. The NP told me to my face that I had been there too many times and she wasn't going to treat me, to go home and "deal with" sciatic nerve pain. Even though I had no pain scripts for over 5 months. They sent my mom home with no pain medicine at all, after having 9 stitches in her face, the nurse told her to go home and drink alcohol instead. This is the dregs of the medical world, you might be better served going to a veterinarian.

OMG where do I start? The emergency room staff is awesome you can't go wrong going there, Dr Tidwell is amazing....but then you get PUT in the hospital and the nurses is absolutely horrid. Don't ask for anything because 3 hours later you're still waiting and they're rude as well. One in particular needs to lose her job for her attitude and laziness. Case in point, across the hall there was a 80 something year old lady who had been begging for water for hours. Her carafe was empty, we reminded them about her...and another hour later they brought her something . This lady was bedridden for God Sakes. We walked out and went to Tupelo where we actually got some help. Please if you have an option don't use this hospital.

Warm and friendly atmosphere. It's more of a down home laid back feeling than north ms hospital. I've been here 5 days being treated for pneumonia. I have received Excellent Care! The doctors, nurses, and all the staff have been very curtious & professional. They have went out of their way to make my stay in the hospital as easy going as possible. Everyone always has a smile on their face. Thank you Gilmore hospital and the staff that works here for the Excellent care I have recieved during my stay here. Now after my discharge I had to go back and be seen in the ER. The doctor came in for 3 minutes & he spoke over me the entire short time he was in there. He would ask me a question then he would speak over what I was saying and then on to the next question. He seem to be in a fast rush. Then he was out the door. I never saw the Dr again. The next person I saw was the nurse when they were discharging me. He read what the paper said was my diagnosis and out the door he went. The doctor never came back in and discussed anything with me. This isn't what I experienced the first time. This was not medical care. It was a joke. As soon as you arrive at the ER and I came by ambulance you are handed a cup for an urine sample. There was no need for a urine sample but I'm having to pay for one. You are also drug tested as soon as you come in the door and get to a room. There was no need for a drug test but now I owe for that too. I notice as people were brought back to a room each person was told they had to give a urine sample before they would be treated. I thought i had went to the ER not to a drug rehab. My left knee was swollen 3x its size. This was not a works man comp or car accident but I was still drug tested and charged for it. Unnecessary test were done creating unnecessary Charges! If u have to stay in the hospital the staff was excellent but if you need to be seen in the ER go To Tupelo!
