Merit Health River Oaks

Except for the first young white nurse who took my wife's vitals, it was a great experience. She needed 4 bags of blood and then surgery. Waited at University of Mississippi ER for 7 hours without getting out of the waiting room. This place got her in immediately because of how sick she was. Everyone was wonderful!! Highly recommend

Nurses were nice and did a amazing job. The only down fall was the food. My husband is not a picky eater but he said it was horrible.

Superb staff at Merit, attentive care, janitors, food services, all the nurses. PT, OT, ER - superb - each one of them were exceptional!

Great hospital! This is my second stay here due to my pregnancies . The whole staff was so sweet to my husband and I. They go above and beyond to make sure mommy daddy and baby are comfy while they’re here. The food from the cafeteria is also good, they made sure my husband received lunch also while here in the suits. The nurses are so kind! Thank you again and again! The best place to have your baby or babies! Great job ladies!

If you love an value your loved ones then I suggest you take them somewhere else. They are extremely rude and unprofessional.
