i took my mother to the emergency room on 7/6/19 at approximately 10:30 pm. the staff from check-in through check-out were extremely helpful and kind. the gentleman who sat at the front desk of the e.r. assisted with getting my mother out of the vehicle. Jeff, Fletcher and Diane are great assets to the organization. these staff member definitely ease our anxiety. we appreciate the great service provided

Absolutely incredible, just moved here stopped at several hospitals on the way and they just turned me away. This hospital stabilized me immediately and got me out of pain, then had to transport me to another hospital downtown where I was prepped for my procedures, all the hospital had to say was why was this not treated long ago, I said nobody took me seriously but this hospital did, best doctors, nurses and staff hands down!!!!

Well I have been to Methodist olive branch six times the staff was great very caring my situation was life or death just about every time!!my hero’s are Dr Patel and Dr Allan. The nurses and respiratory therapist were great to. If anyone has had not so great experience there I would say it’s a result of growing pains. Oh and the food not as good as it once was but not to bad!! I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else if I have to be in the hospital!!

I went in last May for preventive care at a doctor at Methodist Olive Branch. I told him nothing was wrong but my Insurance would cover some preventive care since heart issues run in my family. He scheduled some tests and 2 days before my appointment I received a call saying I had to pay in advance when I arrive. I said no its covered 100 % but they said I had to pay and I decided to go ahead with the test. Then a year later I get another bill from them for about the same amount. They told me my Insurance decided to reprocess the claim and now I owe more. My Insurance told me that the hospital resubmitted it saying they were not happy about the amount they received and would they reprocess at a higher amount. This sounds shady to me. If they tell you a service will cost you a certain amount they should not be allowed to go back and charge you more after the fact.
