I delivered all my 4 children there and had an absolutely wonderful experience with the nurses who cared for my babies.. very attentive and caring. Later on, I had heart issues and just recently had to stay overnight after a procedure in the cardiac unit. Besides being woken up every two hours (which I know is protocol to check things like all hospitals do), the nurses and my cardiologist, Dr. Love were exceptional. I left Lahey in Burlington because of a horrible cardiologist to go to MetroWest which was a lot more of a drive for me, but I honestly felt more comfortable with the care I received here. I cannot say enough about the staff, nurses and Dr. Love.

Please if you love your self as a mum who will be delivering her child at this hospital,be careful, infact use another hospital not this one, went into deliver my baby girl ,was returned back to the hospital with a 100 or more temperature due to a doctor's not do his job well, had to do a d and c to get out the mess he left in me. Trusted the hospital with my life but they almost took it away,I wish I had known better, the emotional rollercoaster and scare the hospital had given me is gonna take me a while to recover. Please don't use this hospital !!!! So you don't go through what I went through.

Went in for surgery this morning to remove a mole type growth on my leg and it was the best experience I've had. Sharon was the nurse at the hospital and did a wonderful job helping me relax. The physician was Dr. Yagnik Pandya. They both had excellent bedside manners the procedure went well. I expected to be in a lot of pain after I got home and the anesthesia wore off but I'm doing fine. I highly recommend are all surgical matters.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of care received here. Despite the occasional kind, caring, compassionate nurse (there has been one so far in the past 24 hours we've been here) the cleaning crew was more responsive than the actual doctors and nurses. After waiting in an ER triage room for 5+ hours we were finally moved to a room upstairs but have now been waiting ALL day for the doctor to come and give us some sort of answer as to what is going on... No one has any clue when the Dr will be in and will give no sort of information until they do... I understand hospitals are busy, but where is the compassion for a loved one who is suffering? I plead you to find care elsewhere to help you avoid the frustrations of this place
