Mid Valley Hospital

Doctors are great. Staff is friendly. Clean place. Seating plenty of. Went with my sister Samantha for a pregnancy test and a ultra sound to see how far along she was and the doctor she saw was great and Friendly. Environment is clean.

I was born and raised here. This is the local Hospital it has always been bad since I can remember even my family always says they let you die before they help you. They are amateurs don't know what they are doing and never help fast enough some people are rude and don't care. NOT ALL OF THEM ARE BAD PEOPLE BUT SOME ARE JUST RUDE AND SOME DAYS IT'S REALLY BAD THERE. I had a broken jaw the guy tells me no it's broken I say just go home put Ice on it you will be fine. I told him I fell it man I ain't a doctor but I can tell it's broken I want more exams done turn out I do have 2 fractors on each side.

Worst hospital i have ever taken my mother to they did nothing for her the nurses were nice besides that worst experience ever

Went to the ER on the 29th and they were very busy. I understand that. HOWEVER the admittance lady working that day, around 10:30am, was INCREDIBLY RUDE. She very rudely told me to sit down she would get to me when she could get to me. Okay cool whatever. I was sitting waiting and then an elderly woman with hearing aids was trying to get information about a patient who was already admitted and she was trying to tell the lady she couldn't understand what she was saying because she wears hearing aids. The woman VERY rudely stated "LISTEN LADY I'VE GOT THREE AMBULANCES IN HERE AND THREE PEOPLE AHEAD OF YOU" she YELLED at this elderly woman who still did not hear you. Yelling at someone who is hearing impaired does not make it easier for them to hear you. Anyway I was about to step up and stand up for the lady when someone she was with stepped up. I just looked at my mom and told her it wasn't worth it and we made the drive to Tonasket where we had an EXCELLENT experience.
