Not helpful in the least. They take one look at a person and make judgement on how helpful they'll be. I have Graves disease which is a very hyperthyroid condition. I've lost half of my body weight since diagnoses. This doctor looked at me numerous times like I was in for more drugs or something along those lines. Not like I was actually a sick patient coming in for help.
After taking 1000mg of Tylenol in my Dayquil pills I was still at a temperature of 101.3 when I walked in sweating and coughing like I was losing a lung. I've been very ill for about 4 or 5 days now to the point of tears all day. No sleep for days. I was told it must just be a cold after the flu test came back negative. No blood work no real looking into it at all. No help outside of lay on the couch until I'm better. We will see what the doctor who knows me and my condition has to say tomorrow .

This place is horrible! If my 2 year old son was bleeding to death i would drive to summit before taking him here. And i literally live across the street. The staff doesnt care about the patients. They left me in the er for hours alone. My son went 3 times for a cough when he was 9 months old and ended up goung by ambulance to another hospital. He had bronchitis. He had a 104 temp and they said the degree of fever doesnt matter. They gave me antibiotics and tested me for mersa.... It was depression and anxiety. Dont go here. I fear something horrible is going to happen there some day

The nurse practitioner diagnosed my son (suffering from dehydration and a viral infection) correcly within minutes and spent extra time calming him down (explaining why it was not a bacterial infection). They did a CPC and called us early the next day, having thoroughly analysed the results.
