I came here after being bitten twice by a roommate's pit bull. It took an hour to get into a room, and once I was there, I waited three hours without a nurse or anyone checking in. Both of my legs were bitten and I was bleeding and bruised. Finally I went and found a nurse and when I asked when I would see a doctor, she laughed in my face. The doctor eventually came in and barely spoke English. He said my wounds should be cleaned and left. Another hour and a different nurse came in and gave me an antibiotic shot and pain shot. I also had to fill out an animal report. After finally leaving the ER after six or so hours, I went home. My family and I began trying to figure out what to do next about the pit bull. The hospital didn't send the form where they were supposed to, and now the pit bull has been shipped off before animal control could get it. It's been a week and everyone is frustrated now trying to deal with the situation because it took so long for the report to finally be sent and it was sent incorrectly. The nurses were rude, the doctor only saw me for five minutes and didn't speak clear English, and the whole time I was in the waiting room, a methhead kept rambling at me and throwing up. Don't go here if you have another option.

Having severe pain brought me here. I’m a couple thousand miles away home needing help. I have been at the emergency room to have urine, blood and a CT scan for over 5 hours. Nurses don’t respond. Doctor takes forever. Why in the world would the hospital have ONE doctor on during a weekend? If I leave against medical advice insurance won’t pay for my visit. So who’s the idiot? Me. For coming to a small town hospital when the nurses stand at counter laughing instead of checking on results and patients.

Made the mistake of going to this joke of a hospital. Never been to a kentucky hospital as I'm from Knoxville, which by the way even our bad hospitals are better than this.. I have graves' disease and was feeling bad enough that I needed to go. Went in signed in waited for 20mins on triage with being the only person there.. Finally came and got me and I went back to a room. I waited over an hour to see a doctor and ended up only getting fluids which I didn't need since my legs and lower back are now very swollen, bloodwork, urine test, and an EKG. My resting heart rate was from 115 to 135. I seen the doctor 3 times in 6 hours. Twice was maybe 5 minutes? Not only this but I believe that they pumped the fluids in too fast because I woke up at 7am coughing my lungs out ended up coughing blood and didn't stop until around 6 this afternoon. I called and simply asked if that was possible, which it is, to have the fluid in my lungs from iv fluids, to be told NO even though the triage nurse told me that she had it dripping fast so if I felt dizzy or anything to let them know. Called a nurse 3 times to come unplug the machine so I could use the bathroom while they were at the desk having a grand ole time or so it sounded like it and waited over 30 minutes just to unplug it myself! Nothing was said about blood work, EKG, or anything! One doctor on a Saturday night just wasn't cutting it. He came in the room and asked ME what to do and I replied with, "well aren't you the doctor?" Will never go here again that's for sure.

Horrible service with Nursery area, I work for a facility that deals with them daily....They refuse to help anybody....states they are not taking responsibility for the baby.....Isn't that your job? Maybe you need to find a new line of work.....so unprofessional....

No we're else to go, so u have no choice,sometimes the service is good ,and sometimes it's not I guess because they know you have no place else to go..
