I would not go to this hospital if I were dying. I broke my ankle over 3 years ago. (Which they misdiagnosed as a sprain and sent me home) They did not ask me for my insurance card, obviously I was in Pain and didn’t think about making sure to give them my insurance card. They just got my name and ssn. So they sent me a ridiculous bill! I called them and gave them my insurance information right away... 3 years later, I am still fighting them over this bull!

I've lived in Midwest City my entire life and have always had terrible experiences with their ER and so avoid it at all costs. My son was circumcised today at a different facility and the dressing ended up being a little tight and I needed help getting it off (with his physicians approval). I thought...surely they can at least help me with that! NO! I waited in their ER for almost an hour with a toddler that was in obvious distress. I ended up leaving and taking him to OU Children's (where they actually care). DON'T take your children to their emergency room. They'll be in college before you called back.

They need to send whomever is in charge of this hospital to thr Mercy Hospital in Edmond to see how a real hospital should run. Staff was sub-par, rooms are horrible, food is horrible.. they have a WHOLE WING on the 3rd floor dedicated to BROKEN BEDS and noone fixing them... Its pathetic they can't take all the money they scam from patients and actually fix this place. Its been horrible before Alliance owned it and I dont see anything better about it since then.. not to mention took my dad a day to get from the ER to CCU after having a heart attack and then 2 days for them to get a surgeon for open heart surgery. They gave him way too many meds that they shouldnt have and accidentally didnt give him the ones he was prescribed prior to his stay (I brought all of his meds there so they would know what he takes. They still couldn't get it right!) Had the surgeon not been from the OK heart hospital, my father would have been transfered as soon as he was stable.. but staff even tried their best to not allow that to happen and told my dad that may further delay his treatment, which made him change his mind. (Ridiculous!) So many other things that happened that we will be taking up with the state. Seriously, only go here if you're gonna die on the way to any other hospital.. and still try to be transferred as soon as you are stable..

My wife had two procedures done that went great. The doctors Rough and Bryant were wonderful. The overnight stay was made as comfortable as possible by Roger.(great at his job!!). While waiting to be released my wife and I took a walk and left the floor. Upon our return (15 min later) the nurse Jessica and the Charge nurse Laurie, treated us like we were children, immediately threatening to kick us out of the hospital, to which I replied "we would love to leave, that's what were waiting for" her response then was to keep us here longer since we want to leave???
