The receptionist/desk registration was very rude to patients and other employees, not sure the nurse practioner heard anything I said since she ask me things I already mentioned ,, other than that it was quick service, and the PCA was very kind

WONDERFUL staff, nurses and docs! Going to the ER is never an enjoyable experience, but everyone was kind, compassionate and super helpful.

Go somewhere else. They only have a general surgeon on staff twice a week. They share surgeons with Grady.... Take the trip to Riverside... seriously that could save your life!

Edit: had to go to the ER tonight. RUDEST nurses I’ve ever met. They will talk trash about you and talk down to you. Will not ever come back.

The doctors acted like they didn't even know what they were doing, told me I just had this bug that's been going around when I felt like I was drowning and had fluid in my lungs. After telling them I had a I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis 3 times this year, he said "I guess you could call it that but it's just been going around", then proceeded to make that my diagnosis! He didn't even know exactly what it was! Not to mention they neglected my offer to give them my medical history, and the nurses were so rude. They all seemed irritable and acted like they were new to this job. They don't keep the hospital at a standard temperature to prevent germs from spreading, and don't have very good standards of cleanliness. How on earth are they still running?

I see there are a lot of negative reviews here. I recently had a positive experience with customer service and found any concerns or frustrations I had were quickly addressed. With this attentive service I feel confident that the ER is interested in developing a highly rated service and working on giving smaller hospitals a better name. I wonder if some of the revewers here had directly brought their feedback to the people who are truly interested in making a difference if their reviews might be better.
