I just moved to the area from Florida and I am currently 30 weeks pregnant, I was admitted into labor and delivery for 4 days due to a kidney infection and they were absolutely amazing too me. Made me feel like they really cared and made sure i was always comfortable. Thank you so much 😊

Was camping neaby when my dtr endured a trauma requiring surgery repair w sutures. We started at another nearby hospital and transferred here since they have pediatric physicians and floor. From ER to OR to PEDS UNIT we had nothing but warm, caring, professionals that did everything the could to make my daughter comfortable and repair her injuries. Being a good deal from home we to go where ever we could. No familiar doctors or hospital. We totally were blessed with the best scranton could offer late Eve on a holiday weekend.

I was in a car crash accident where the car was total I was in a lot of pain since I got hurt inside the vehicle. My whole arm was swollen the nurse at the ER was just awful couldn't find my vein I'm very petite very pale white skin, you can see the veins on my arms, neck, face pretty clear but I notice she kept poking my arm in several places away from the veins. Honestly even I was in pain I could see a sadistic smile when she kept poking hurting me with the needle making my pain even worst, I asked immediately to be removed from that room into another and what a difference this nice man with hair and beard white as snow like out of a fairy tale was the sweetest man he reminds me of Santa Claus for some reason. He found my vein, gave me some stuff to keep hydrated omg he was just excellent. Can't believe a man would be more caring and thoughtful than a female nurse. She treated me like if I was her Guinea pig my arm was swollen blue/purple bruised no from the accident but exactly where the needle went in different places after the 3 time I couldn't take it anymore and they sent me an angel instead of a crazy sadist nurse. You better watch out if the nurse can't find your veins the first time get another they got nurses there I bet you never ever had use a needle on a human been my arm was so bruised from the needle because of her.

I unfortunately needed care during a recent snowstorm and wound up having to drive to Moses Taylor to be seen in the ER. I was surprised there is an office that you must wait outside of to be checked in - luckily it was empty so I was seen right away but it seems cumbersome for a busy ER. The nurse who did my basic vitals seemed bored at best but quickly got me to an emergency bed to be seen. A staff member came in to check my insurance and information and despite already being in the system and providing it to the woman at check-in, got my phone number 100% wrong. The student PA and the doctor who wound up seeing me were very nice and answered questions I had. My check-out was speedy as well.
