Absolutely terrible emergency hospital I was in their for a rash and their was a patient in a hall bed screaming for hours saying “PLEASE HELP ME” “ I’ve been here for 7 hours and no one has helped me” How disgusting is that!? I was a nurse in training at a nursing home and I really want to help her. Also disgusting hospital everything was gross even the housekeeper people smelled and the doctor looked not healthy never going back!

I wish I had gone to a different ER. It wasn't the fact that the ER seemed dirty, the cloth partitions were not HIPAA friendly, or that the wait was long. It was that after being there for 2 hours, I was seen by a PA who gave me a diagnosis in 2 sentences with no clear care instructions. When I was discharged, I had to remind them I needed crutches. I stated I've never used them before and they just sent me on my way, down 2 hallways to check out. I really felt like this hospital was all about checks and balances to ensure they would bill my insurance appropriately, with no regard for the actual care and diagnosis of patients.

I had to wait 10 hours for surgery but it was not the doctor fault he had an unexpected long surgery so i know that happens so i was ok my nurses were great and the CA,s they waited on me constantly the food was good the hospital was clean they did everything to help and make you comfortable and talked to you got my meds on time helped me bath always had clean linen and my bed changed every day my room cleaned everyday they called for home health care to come out gave me appointments for surgeon and pain management and enough meds till i saw pain doctor i got has much food as i wanted and coffee and snacks has i wanted nurses came in with a smile asked how you are. Staff always checked on me and asked if i needed anything kitchen made sure you got what you needed if they could not get you that they would call to give you more options operators were kind and had no problem hooking you up with your phone number they made sure they moved patients who had stuff that could make me sick 2 times

Although the ER was busy, I was helped right away, and was diagnosed and treated efficiently and effectively.

The absolute worst hospital I’ve ever been to. Waited in the emergency room for 5 hours with my sick 2 year old who had a fever of 103, threatened to leave multiple times, took 3 hours to get a chest x Ray, nobody came to check on him for hours. Finally after the fifth hour (as we were walking out) they told us it was the flu. And half of their doctors are not in network so now we’re stuck with a $700 physician bill even though the facility is in network. Horrible group of people and an absolutely disgusting facility.
