All of your medical staff are fantastic, efficient and knowledgeable. Two of your nurses, Ela and Melanie are the best. They extended their energy to immediately respond to my roommate's and my needs. Always smiling and gentle, too. But I was extremely disappointed and upset with the cleaning staff.....from the emergency room to my room. FILTHY. Within the number of days I was there only the trash was changed. The floors were never cleaned, to the point that my slippers were sticking to the floor. I finally made a verbal complaint. Result? A couple swipes to remove a couple very obvious areas of thick filth that was growing with each day there. The same piece of garbage was under my bed from day one. I have one lung and I have to be particularly careful regarding my right lung due to the potentials of contracting infection. Needless to say I was quite nervous about what kind of germs lurked within that room.

Hospital of choice for me and everyone I know. Process was great! Got in and out in 45 minutes. The girls were great here, seems like a great place to work! =)

I wish I could give this hospital zero stars. Maybe even negative. I was transported here, to the ER, during a concert. Extreme knee pain. They did an X-ray, wasn’t broken. The doctor I dealt with told me they weren’t doing an MRI or sending me to orthopedic because I wasn’t a professional ball player or anything like that. Yes, those were HIS WORDS! Does it get any more unprofessional? I think not. I told them I thought I tore something because there was a pop. They didn’t listen and forced my knee into an immobilizing cast, handed me crutches, and sent me on my way. Now 2 weeks later after many doctor appointments it is MUCH more serious. A torn ligament, fracture, dislocation...but it’s taken TWO WEEKS because this poor excuse of a ‘medical facility’ brushed me off and told me I wasn’t important. Every single person who works here should question their schooling and whoever runs the hospital should be ASHAMED.
