Mt Sinai Hospital Medical Center

I will say the ambulance guys that picked my wife up were ruff around the edges but they were damn good and very straight forward. I do realize that's the Chicago fire department and not mount Sinai but they were great. They came and got my very sick wife with breast cancer stage 3 triple negative. She is on week 5 of chemo and was having a life threatening reaction to a new drug and they saved her life. Thank you to Chicago fire department and mount sinai hospital.

I just recently had my baby there it’s been the best experience, great nurses they are very caring and kind they love what they do to their patients I had been taken care of by many nurses there all of them great people. I really loved to be there they took good care of me and my baby. Very supportive and helpful staff . I am so thankful to Sinai Hospital for making the best of the experience for me and my family.

Physicians' Billing is a joke, billed my insurance for only half my charges, won't answer or return my calls. No one at Mount Sinai has an answer for me and the keep threatening collection but I'm willing and ready to pay. Not even the better business bureau could get a hold of them. Nurses are phenomenal though, love them.

If you want to know what the temperature feels like in hell then go to the old part of MT SINAI HOSPITAL. It's ridiculous that you have patients in a building with no working air conditioning especially those in the intensive care unit (ICU). I would never come here again in the summer especially and I'm surprised that the employees don't quit. Will be reporting this hospital to the Illinois Department of Public Health and to OSHA.

I just had my surgery done here on Tuesday May 28th. I had my left ovary removed and a few cysts removed from my lest side. The surgeon was awesome and very educated in his field. The nures took very good care of me. My whole surgery experience was the best. They even provided me transportation to get home.
