I cannot thank Advent hospital enough for the excellent care my dad received while in their care. Doctors were so wonderful. They explained everything so that we could understand. The surgical ICU nurse Ulysses was absolutely amazing. Nurses Doug and DeeDee in critical care ICU were just so awesome. Even the physical therapists Christy and Sharon were fabulous. Everyone was so kind and compassionate toward us. Thank you Advent!

I was discharged with my newborn without doing his birth certificate. I had to call the next day and go back in. Plus the pediatrician didn’t let me know what the signs were for my newborn if he had low blood sugar. Which he did and we almost ended up back at the hospital. On a positive note nurse ester in labor and delivery was amazing!

I would not recommend Advent Health in Ocala for cardiac care. It is scary how terrible one of their doctors is - she actually reversed the order of the ER doctor to admit my husband who had a stress test that showed the bottom half of his heart wasn’t working and who was having pains and nausea. She told him it was the weekend and no one would do anything and just to wait for the cauterization to be scheduled once the insurance company approved it.

I want to thank everyone at the hospital for taking great care of me. I was so scared and they treated like family. Thank you so much for your help. I know this will be the only hospital I will ever go to.

Truly an amazing experience in the labor and delivery unit. Our surrogate gave birth to our beautiful daughter at this hospital. From the moment we walked in, we were treated so well. Our daughter had amazing care in the nursery. The care our surrogate received was extraordinary. Also, the care we received was amazing as well. The nurses were loving and caring for our daughters every need. The pediatricians were also extremely caring. I don’t have anything negative to say. We were treated just like any other newborn parent. Well done! Keep up the good work.
