They owe me a refund for a service both me and my insurance paid for that occurred almost a year ago. After multiple phone calls with their customer service people, after which I was promised a check in the mail after 10 weeks, which it has been 10 weeks, no refund. Pretty incredible how mismanaged this place is. Updated: they contacted me after posting this review and had the check mailed to me within a week.

What a complete and total twilight zone. Gross, uncaring, few and far between people who seem to be aware of what’s going on, totally isolating, and at one point I had a seemingly “higher rank” nurse or doctor laying on my legs praying to god to end my panic attack. I respect her views, but I am not religious, and I found this uniquely inappropriate and distressing. They DID respect my pain levels for the most part and for that I will deem this place as “livable”, but literally all else measurable was atrocious. If I were to elaborate further I’d likely come across as irrationally upset, but this is weeks after my release and I feel I have fully processed this ordeal. Do not come here unless it is an emergency. Full stop. I must say, to those at this facility who read this and feel as though they are being personally attacked, that is your guilt talking. The guilty know who they are and so do the innocent in this situation. There were a handful of perfectly wholesome individuals as well as some simply trying their best with what they had, but all in all, I’m not reviewing a restaurant, I’m reviewing a hospital, and I must review this hospital poorly and advise whoever has oversight to take a large step back so as to view what condition this hospital truly is in. Don't bother replying with your copy and pasted response. It would obviously be a waste of time to voice this directly to anyone authoritative. The people of Murray need to see these criticisms moreso than them. The other reviews may speak for themselves but everywhere has negative reviews from poor individual experiences. This was a consistent set of issues that showed no signs of immediate future resolution. Foundational issues. To put it best, this is what I'd imagine a group of individuals who were all collectively fired from a hospital would make if they decided to start a new hospital.

Just MRI's but done very professionally and timely.

At the hospital now with my gf. She's in the ER right now. I had a procedure done earlier today somewhere else, but I need to change my bandages. I'm having to leave my gf in the ER by herself to go to a DG because this hospital is so uptight with supplies, I couldn't get a bandage.

Dont goto the gift shop. The woman there is very rude. My 2 yr old lost her balance and knocked some $23 glasses off. We paid for 3 of them. My 39 week pregnant wife was there with our 2 yr old. My wife did nothing but apoligize and the lady was completely rude. Not that a 2 yr old would ever make a mistake. Wouldn't give them a dime of my money. Over priced. Stay away!!!
