They couldn’t help me but were very diligently to charge me more than $1600 in hospital and doctor bills. The doctor did not have the expertise, neither the tools to assist me. He just looked at my throat bleeding and was not able to help. I have to recognize that he was courteous but that alone does not justify a $950 bill.
The ER staff is amazing. They took great care of my dad. We were back, scanned, blood work and everything incredibly quick and courteous. Crystal was his nurse and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She was polite, knowledgeable and kind. She kept us well informed of test results coming back. I dont recall the N.P., respiratory therapist, CT tech, xray tech or registration clerk names, but they were all equally wonderful. The entire staff was very good to my dad. The transfer to Gordon was quick and efficient. Thank you for being so kind and good at your jobs.
The staff was amazing! I was in and out in 30 minutes! Dr. Garcia was awesome and has a wonderful bedside manner. Best ER experience I've ever had!
Well I got back really quick and its was my daughter and I we were very sick so I had to wait 2 hours and 2 hours to get my discharged papers! I don't know if I'm going to come back.
Left home in extreme back pain, as my spine was out of alignment due to bending and working on my flower garden. Took me at least 30min to maneuver to get into our vehicle to even go to the hospital.
3:41 arrived at hospital, Admissions Rep was friendly.
3:43-taken to the ER room by a short, white haired nurse (resembled P!nk the music artist). She was not friendly, no friendly greeting, and was rather rude after taking me in the room. Fortunately for her, the male nurse, who also was in the room was friendly. He clarified my information, and then assured me that a muscle relaxer and pain medicine would be coming. There was no one in the ER in the waiting room and i never heard another patient while in the room i was in. Time should not have been an issue...but it was...a MAJOR one.
4:10-I laid in the hospital bed crying and gripping the armrail for almost an hour for any medication to ease my pain. Still nothing.
Dr Dinatti came in the room and did not listen to my issue, and showed zero concern.
4:20- 3rd Nurse (female) came in the room with two syringes of medicine and Zofran. She opened the Zofran, when i asked what it was she said “Zofran”. I told her Zofran did not work for me for nausea and I would need something else. She stated im a rude manner, “its what you get!” Never in my life have i ever been told that. I have zero encounters with drug use, law enforcement or been in trouble for anything. I was treated as if i was the scum on their shoes.
I recently moved to Chatsworth. The cleanliness of your establishment, as well as the personalities of some of your staff leave much to be desired. This was my second visit to your facility and i can honestly say i would probably have been treated better by being treated at my dogs vet. I have worked at many a fine hospital, and if you want to have a flourishing hospital- BE FRIENDLY AND pay attention to your patients.
