Provide "care" to children without communicating with parent, unethical, rude. Records refusal, rather than communicating and keeping in the loop threaten with lawyers and block communications. Blatant up-coding in an effort to "care" for kids and defraud medicaid/medicare. No communication regarding my children in 9 months. Sick and evil. Compliance officer is a joke, won't follow own policies and instead threatens and bullies.

2 hours in the emergency room cost me $3000 that’s robbery. I’d give negative stars if I could your staff was very rude to me. Still got a bruise from your nurse that did my blood work. I’ll never go back to your hospital ever again. I’d rather die than seek help from you guys.

My mom has been going to the Myrtue Center for over 6 years. Her care has been exceptional. Her physician, Dr. Brian Anderson, has always been very kind and caring with mom, who is 82. Dr. Anderson takes the time to thoroughly answer all of her questions and addresses every concern. At times, mom gets confused and sometimes needs help understanding details of her health concerns and medications. Dr. Anderson is very patient explaining everything and has very often eased her mind due to the well-earned trust that she has in him. I am very thankful that mom has access to such exceptional healthcare, especially in such a small town as Harlan.

I had a great experience when I delivered my daughter at Myrtue almost 3 years ago. My doctor was really compassionate and caring especially when my birth plan went out the window and I wound up with a cesarean. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because this hospital does not allow VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean). I'm very sad about having to find a new provider because I really loved this hospital and its staff!

i see people only have good things to say about the food lol. services i recieved were pretty good, but i am getting additional bills from 3rd parties that i wasn't told about. when i called and asked about it all they said was "if you read the consent form". seems they like to sneak a few things in there and you will be stuck paying for them.
