Emergency care. ......I give this hospital five stars!!!! The staff is very attentive, caring and non judgmental. They level of care that my family member received by far exceeds any other hospital I had brought them too prior .

Awesome OR staff ! Definitely impressed by the service they are providing. NuHealth is turning into a higher quality and better care hospital. This facility is showing major improvements.

Extremely slow service and never given any definitive care. Never even saw a doctor to try and get a diagnosis or complete treatment. Did not leave feeling better or with any directions for getting more comprehensive care. Very unfortunate to have had this experience

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to the adult clinic. Such a bad experience, doctors as well as nurses are ridiculously rude. They schedule your appointment at a certain time and don’t end up seeing you until 45 minutes later. Once your in the room with a doctor they begin to talk sarcastically. Pediatrics is a great lovely clinic however I would recommend never going to the adult one!

Please don’t go to this hospital you will experience the longest wait time’s and unprofessional nurses with the exception of the Marine nurse and one female doctors with dark brown hair (Gaby or Gil can’t remember) I believe. Also, don’t go to the women’s health clinic!!! Staff are unprofessional and don’t care about the patients especially the front desk Hispanic assistance or whatever they claim they are. They don’t care about anybody’s well being and will fail to make appointments, order lab test, confirm appointments or anything else that they manage. We spent 4 hours for a confirmed appointment at 2pm and then sent us away for failure to have blood work that they never ordered and told us sorry and to make another appointment. I will never again take my family their and would rather drive 15 minutes to the Saint Joseph hospital where the staff are nicer and doctors actually attend the patient.
