I want to commend your NOEH for the great care of my mother Marynell. She really appreciated the ER Staff and ICU staff for their wonderful medical and personable knowledge and care. The state of the art equipment and comfort of the hospital and food was very pleasing.

I been having pain in my stomach on the right side and I went here and found out that I had gallstones so to make a long story short i went here to have surgery to get it removed and Dr, McGee was awesome, she fixed me, so far so good, I'm a business owner and I live in new Orleans east, i don't know why this Hospital has so many bad reviews, some people are hard to please, but my experience wasn't bad at all, i would recommend anyone who needs medical attention to go here.

first of all, the staff are rude and lack basic professionalism. their people skills and communication skills are horrible. the room was filthy, and it was hot...hospitals should never be hot. im 8 months pregnant, went in for flu symptoms and was diagnosed with sinusitis and respiratory infection. i asked them if i was dehydrated they said they didn't know and didn't run any type of blood work on me. i explained how important it was for me to know being that im so far along and they gave me discharge papers. the doctor said he would be right back to speak with me more about my condition, he clocked out and left! i wish i could give them 0 stars but i can't. DO NOT go here

Went to the ER with severe symptoms that led to dehydration two nurses and the doctor agreed I was to dehydrated and in need of an IV. I was there from 6 - 11 am, not only did I not receive any fluids I was denied a request for water after the dehydration became too much for me to ignore. In addition to this, when I asked the nurse for an updated, she responded that all the labs were clean if my CT was clean I'd be discharged with something for nausea. The CT was clean and that's exactly what happened. Had an appointment with my primary the following day. She pulled the reports. The hospital didn't run any labs on me. The nurse lied, blatantly, to my face. They completely wasted my time and my money. And I was still sick after their "treatment". Sure they were kind but it was like playing hospital with your favorite neice or nephew. Never again.

This is the most ghetto, dirty, nasty hospital I have ever been to in my entire life. The staff is extremely rude. I sat in there for 2 hours in excruciating pain and was never called because they never put me in the system. I then seen them make a baby with a bleeding head injury he had to wait to be seen. There was a young man who had got stabbed who was still waiting to be seen. They are horrible and all need to be retrained. They aren't even worthy of the one star I have them.
