first of all, the staff are rude and lack basic professionalism. their people skills and communication skills are horrible. the room was filthy, and it was hot...hospitals should never be hot. im 8 months pregnant, went in for flu symptoms and was diagnosed with sinusitis and respiratory infection. i asked them if i was dehydrated they said they didn't know and didn't run any type of blood work on me. i explained how important it was for me to know being that im so far along and they gave me discharge papers. the doctor said he would be right back to speak with me more about my condition, he clocked out and left! i wish i could give them 0 stars but i can't. DO NOT go here

Went to the ER with severe symptoms that led to dehydration two nurses and the doctor agreed I was to dehydrated and in need of an IV. I was there from 6 - 11 am, not only did I not receive any fluids I was denied a request for water after the dehydration became too much for me to ignore. In addition to this, when I asked the nurse for an updated, she responded that all the labs were clean if my CT was clean I'd be discharged with something for nausea. The CT was clean and that's exactly what happened. Had an appointment with my primary the following day. She pulled the reports. The hospital didn't run any labs on me. The nurse lied, blatantly, to my face. They completely wasted my time and my money. And I was still sick after their "treatment". Sure they were kind but it was like playing hospital with your favorite neice or nephew. Never again.

I came here early morning on the 20th because I was miscarrying at around 6 weeks. I was in excruciating pain in my home, and had my boyfriend drive me to the hospital once I felt able to move after diarrhea and vomiting. I was still in excruciating pain. When I arrived at the E.R., so my boyfriend brought me in a wheelchair. Instead of seeing to me immediately, the young heavy blond nurse slowly took my information and vitals and put me in a room they said weren't sure was clean. I kept asking for pain relief, but they said I had to give a urine sample first, which I had to say multiple times I could not provide because I was so dehydrated. I BEGGED for some pain relief, and after asking three or four times, the male nurse said they couldn't give me anything that would harm the fetus, which was no longer present in my body mind you. I had to also ask three or four times for the blond nurse to run my blood, which she very clearly had an attitude about doing. She told me ot would take 50 mins to process, but tomd another nurse it would take take three hours. There was also a young brunette nurse with tragically drawn on eyebrows that snapped at me while my boyfriend and I were pleading for some pain relief. The blond nurse had the audacity to tell one of the many nurses on staff not doing anything that night that I wanted drugs like I was some sort of junkie. My boyfriend reacted to this and demanded the doctor, called them out on the fact that they weren't doing anything, that they were too lazy to help, and asked if they had something against black people. The blond threatens to call security, but of course never did because I'm sure even she knew that was ridiculous. They offered me tylenol to ease my uterine contractions, which I rejected because I knew I would throw it up. They put an I.V. in my arm probably an hour later with a needle that was larger than necessary, according to my boyfriend who is also a healthcare employee. The bruising on my arm looks horrendous. The contractions finally passed on their own, and the ultrasound tech and Doctor were finally able to see me, who were thankfully civil and even amicable people, especially compared to the other animals I had to deal with before their arrival. I noted the doctor also questioning the nurse on her mindless drive to get this now useless urine sample, to which she lamely responds that it's the quickest way, despite it being almost three hours since I arrived and the pap smear clearly determining I had indeed miscarried. Once she recieved it, she had the gall to say she had to check for the possibility of a U.T.I, to which I responded, that is absolutely hysterical. She said it may have caused the miscarriage, but I'm pretty sure shes an insensitive idiot who thought I was being overly dramatic. I came here for relief from this unbearablely painful experience, and recieved not only anything remotely helpful, but also had to deal with rude, insensitive, ignorant, unprofessional, lacksadaisickle, lazy, dirty, uninformed ingrates, with the exception of the lovely Doctor and Ultrasound Tech ladies of course. The rest of you need to be fired and go work at McDonalds. It would be a fair compensation for your level of hospitality and education.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I went into this ER today because my throat hurts so badly, it feels like it’s closing up on me. Also I have a headache, body aches, as well as something that feels like a toothache & a low grade fever. I was triaged quickly. But I waited for the actual Dr forever. It was really obvious I was in horrible pain. When one of the nurses came in she tested me for strep throat, then she stated that the Dr would be In shortly. When the Dr walked into the room, he had this nonchalant attitude like he could care less about what I’m going through. I tell him my symptoms, he checks my throat and what not, then says yes your throat is severely red and inflamed. While we wait on your results I’m gonna send the nurse in with something to make you more comfortable. NEVER got anything for pain. I asked the nurse when she cane back into the room, and she says he never put anything in for you. I’m like wow, I’ve been here since 7, it’s 9:30 & I got nothing! Finally the Dr comes back in after another 35 mins and he diagnosed me with pharyngitis. Prescribes me some meds, & sends me on my way, still in excruciating pain. This bs that’s going on with pain meds and the addicts is not right and the good shouldn’t have to suffer for the bad. Still I am in lots of pain and it is now 1:35. It’s very offensive when a hospital puts you in a category that you just want pain meds. All I wanted was some type of relief, and the naproxen he prescribed isn’t doing a thing!
