I have been here several times with different family members as well as for myself. The staff is always very nice and professional. The facility is always very clean. I would recommend this facility to anyone! Great providers!!!!

We arrived at about 640am..... The tech Michelle assisted us... My daughter was having asthma... her O2stats were 93 ... any place else that gets us seen a little bit faster... not here.... we got traiged at about 740.... the nurse explained to us that she was waiting on a clean room.... Sooo we get to the back about an hour later.... mind you she is having asthma and is coughing her head off..... But still we wait....once in the room we wait about thirty minutes more before someone comes in... no nurse yet...the desk person came in and wrote the names of the nurses and doctor on the board.... I ask when I would see someone.... She looked at me as if I asked for a million bucks..The doctor came in examined her.... Said she was ordering a treatment.... Michelle came back in to do a few medically necessary things... Michelle was very sweet and caring...I pray she finds somewhere else to work before they taint this poor girl... so 30 more min pass and I go looking for someone.. my child is coughing her dam head off... I run into Rachel the charge nurse who came right away to assist me.... she came in and put orders in... kinda strange when everyone else kept saying that's what they were doing.... soooo about 30 more minutes respiratory came in... I wouldn't advise anyone to come here for a life threatening emergency. ..you might die... I'm very serious....this should be an urgent care place... but even then you will wait... I'm writing this review knowing no one cares... it shows... if you want good quality care drive passed this place...hell go to university at least they will help you.. the only hope for this hospital is to start over from scratch ... and get some people who really care and are not just here for a check... this place lacks empathy and compassion....

If I could give this hospital zero stars I would . They are very unsanitary. I was asked for a urine sample , the nurse came to collect the urine with no gloves then proceeded to touch his fellow co-workers. Anyway. I went in due to a car accident and I complained about back pain . No x Ray , only a simple question (which wasn’t asked by the doctor) rate my pain on a scale of 1-10 like I was in a high schools nurse office . They sent me home with medicine that did not help me in any way . The pain got so bad I finally decided to go to ocshner where they discovered I have a bulging disc in my spine which I’m sure NOE hospital staff could not discover with the simple question of “rate your pain 1-10” and I have since been properly treated . This hospital is a joke ! If you are having a true emergency , this is NOT the place to go !

It would take to long to share my entire experience but i can say my hospital admission and stay there was just fantastic from the time i walked in the ER until the time I was discharged a week later. My experience was so surreal I didn't want to go home. Keep up the excellent work from admission staff to nurses doctors and everyone else.Thank You.
