Love the place. I was there on saturday and staff could not be better. As soon as i get there they help me and take care of me. Every 15 min a nurse pass by and check everything was good. Doctor were patient and adorable.

We had a C-section planned, and yes there was some delay but the staff has been fantastic since the beginning to end. Super attentive and very caring. My wife and I felt informed throughout the entire process and found that all her needs were met with respect and fast.

This week my daughter was admitted. She was admitted in labor/delivery. Some of the nurses was rude. I even had one hang up on me when I call. My daughter is 7months pregnant was told she could not go to the bathroom. And had taken a long time to feed my daughter. They take so long to get test results make us wait for a long period of time. I was able to talk to someone. The person was nice. He made sure my daughter had food and check to see what was taking so long. He was very great!

My daughter still do not feel comfortable at this hospital. I feel the same way too because when my daughter was move to another floor. This one nurse act like she had an attitude.

If i could give 0 stars i would! How they treat people is wow. No words. Animals get treated better. Go there if you ready to die. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! NOT EVEN FOR APPOINTMENTS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PULMONOLOGY DEPT. ATTITUDE ALL THE TIME. EVERYWHERE!!!! 🙅🏼‍♀️ DISGUSTING PLACE.

Since zero stars is not a option I am forced to put one star. I am VERY disappointed with this hospital as it has been my hospital since I was 2 years old. I was scheduled for a 9:30 CAT scan appointment and as I got called in to be prepped and have my contrast shot in through ivy I had a woman by the name Kelly Thibault. Before she put in my ivy and contrast she had a few red flags, long story short she did not ask if I was pregnant nor did she ask if I was allergic to the contrast. I also found out later on after being sent to the ER due to her mistake or inexperience (who’s knows) that she did not make me fill out a consent before proceeding. She injected the ivy and missed my vein! She insisted it was in and was trying to force the ivy and contrast into my body as it wasn’t flowing normally. Next thing you know my arm lost all circulation, my arm turned into dead weight and was purple and I went out cold and unresponsive. My heart stopped for 8-10 seconds and I lost oxygen in my brain. I woke up sweating, crying, scared, traumatized, and confused. All I remember is her screaming help and a code 10. I was rushed to the ER and was monitored for hours. If you have her please request someone else. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. She is also very sarcastic. I don’t need someone saying to me “Now I know next time I’ll have to put you under anesthesia to give you an ivy.” Or her asking “If I’m done scaring everyone for the day.” Very unacceptable and unprofessional. I will say thank you to Dr. Michael for being sincere and making sure I was in good condition before I was discharged. Please be aware of who you have and what they do.
