North Country has been evolving and through each regeneration they get better and better. I've had occasion to be in the ER several times over the past ten years and have always received quality care, been treated with dignity and respect, and could not have asked for more caring individuals whether in a waiting room, a business office environment, the lab or x-ray, or anywhere in that hospital.

They really need to work on interpersonal skills at this hospital. Treated like a number, not a human. Wasted money and hours of my life at this place. I recommend going a little further away to find a hospital that cares.

Was in from Boston for a ski trip and ended up getting sick with pneumonia. Stopped into the ER for a diagnosis and everyone there was great. It was clean, fast, staff was personable and was great to deal with. Glad I went.

good care in ER. No way to get back to your home or car after 9 pm
