The ED staff is great at Ochsner Northshore! Not like some *other* facilities where the staff makes you feel like an imposition for having a medical emergency. From the nurses to the doctors to the radiology staff, everyone is very conscientious and makes an effort to care!

Everyone was very nice and professional. Excellent care. I have worked in the medical field for many years, and the places I’ve worked, you could always see a difference in care, between the people who had insurance and those that didn’t. I experienced none of that here. That, to me, speaks volumes about the quality of this facility and it’s employees. Thank you for taking a bad moment in my life and making sure it wasn’t also a bad experience. Everyone I came in contact with, had their best foot forward. Ocshner, you should be proud. Left the ER AMA, the doctor refused to take our concerns about my one year old seriously. I know my son better than him and know when something is wrong. Learn to listen a little better, you do not know everything. After a visit to his pediatrician the morning after our suspicion was confirmed. Thanks for nothing ochsner ER!
