My sister still has one day here before going home with her sweet baby girl- but I had to write this while everything is still fresh in my mind. I cannot thank every single member of this labor and delivery staff enough for the kindness and support that they have shown. Val, who was here through the delivery, was fantastic. She kept my sister calm and comfortable and made the entire experience as good as it could be! Dr. Tucker, Heather the anesthesiologist, and everyone else who was in the room during and after delivery, was excellent. They had such a good way of keeping my sister distracted through the hard parts. Afterwards, Renee and Liz took amazing care of baby and mom, getting her healed and comfortable. Overall I am so pleased with the experience and again cannot thank these women enough!

This is an amazing place to bring a baby into the world!

This hospital nearly killed me because I went to ER after being discharged they failed to first of all treat the blockage in my kidney. So upon returning to ER very ill, they consult with a urologist over the phone and let me go home. Two days later I go back by ambulance with severe sepsis multiple major organs affected, and it had become potentially life threatening. They admitted me finally put stents in both kidneys, I had a fall risk bracelet, and nurse failed to help me. I fell backwards hitting my back and head, no doctor exam me, just ship me out to rehab. The nurse lied on report saying she had assisted me, when she never. They maintain no wrong doing. How do they have a high rating??? BEWARE!!!

I cannot say enough about how great everyone was. I came in not expecting to go into labor, so needless to say I was super nervous to know my first child was on their way a month early. From the nurse that checked me in, to the women that helped deliver my son and the great nurses in the NICU...my tiny new son and I could not have been in better hands. There was always a smiling nurse there that was attentive and knowledgeable, ready to help us with anything we needed. I could not have imagined a better experience becoming a first time mother. Thank you ladies for treating us so well and getting my son strong enough to come home. I appreciate you all more than words could describe❤

In 2012 I woke up at this place. I would say they did a great job treating me; they did several X-rays, did me a CAT scan, and pulled all the glass out of my hand. There's no glass in my hand today and they were able to tell I had a cervical strain. However after I had regained consciousness, I was attached to all these things (I'm guessing it was ivs or something) and I really needed to use the restroom, so I remember trying to yell to get someone to come in the room but nobody would help me. I kept saying "hello?? I need help!! " but no one came. I REALLY needed to pee because I had been out drinking all night (that's why I was in there) and after what felt like ten minutes of pointlessly trying to get one of the staff to come in the room and tell me how to handle the situation I was in (clearly this was my first time SAVE YOUR BACKUP CODES
at the hospital) I decided to just get up and take everything with me which was a terrible idea because I didn't get very far. Out of desperation I went in the linens only box because it was the closest receptacle to me at the time. Sorry North Suburban but you should train your staff to be more attentive. I heard at least two staff members outside my door when this all went down and all the sudden nurse Davis or whatever wants to walk in as soon as I'm already past the point of no return. Thank you for treating me though. You even hooked me up with a generous discount despite not being insured.

This place nearly killed my daughter. Sepsis Certification - not sure if this was from causing sepsis or trying to treat the patients that get septic from the treatment. As for insurance, might as well not have any. Very few of its doctors are in plan and you have to pay an amazing amount out of pocket!
