I went in for an out patient procedure and I was treated with respect and had the most professional and caring nurses one could ask for. My Dr. was right on time so I didn't have to wait hours to get in and he too was very professional and the surgical staff was right on their mark and everyone was caring.
I would highly recommend North Suburban for your Healthcare needs. They even follow up with a phone call at home to make sure you are doing well, if not, they want to see you back.

I was taken to North Suburban Medical Center. The doctor sent me because of a infection they wanted to make sure it was not in my blood. When we got there they were very attentive and got me settled quickly.
That night they were so busy they had to call in nurses that was there day off.
The care I got I feel was very good.

I had such a great experience at the Mammography Center. It was a very scary time for me and they all treated me with courtesy, dignity and respect. Extra kudos to Pat and Diana for making me feel at ease and cared for.

I would score lower than 1 star if I was able. I went in to have some imaging done (recommended by their provider). When I arrived for my appointment I was informed that due to my insurance I would be responsible for $780ish dollars. I agreed to that dollar amount and paid some in advance. I then received a bill for over $1,400 minus the amount I had already paid. When I called the billing department I was told that the first amount I was given was just an estimate. When I explained that that was not what was explained to me, I was basically told to bad.
I'm so disgusted!

Overall my experience was great! The staff was a little slow to warm up and smile, but that could have been my demeanor. I left there with warm fuzzies about their attention to detail and apparent dedication to my care.
